Wow real martial arts! Sensei’s Bill and Bobby are the real deal. I did a seminar and really had a lot fun and a great workout.

Sensei Bobby and his Dad, Sensei Bill are a SICK Team. Skills and personality combined with teaching ability? Amazing ! I love these guys. Great workout and awesome with kids !

Both Senei Bobbi and Bill are absolutely amazing. They are hands on great attitude and have a positive role model for my son. They made sure he would be ready for class before we even signed him up. They teach self confidence, team work, and discipline. My son is young and I’m so happy I started out with them. They are truly amazing. Even when I started looking into martial art schools and pricing them out, these guys were by far the most reasonable. I am so glad I made the choice to bring him down, because now he looks forward to going.

This is a wonderful school!!! I do the kick boxing class but my niece and nephew are in the kids karate classes. Both sensei Bill and sensei Bobby are amazing at what they do. They are so amazing that I drive all the way from Queens to take sensei Bobby’s kick boxing class. But let me tell you why they are so amazing, this year I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 27. After seven long months of surgery and chemo and every other awful thing that comes along with a cancer diagnosis I picked myself up and said it was time to get my life back. The first place I went was to waverly martial arts. For years I have been going to watch my niece and nephew at karate class and I was just blown away at how well they interact with the kids. And what they teach the kids is amazing, it’s more then just leaning how to punch and kick. They teach them life lessons, lessons that they will keep for the rest of their lives! So I knew they would be able to help me get MY life back and put being a cancer patient behind me. It was hard at first but after just one month of going I feel stronger and healthier. I am able to walk up the stairs without getting winded and I can feel old self coming back. Sensei Bobby works with me in class when I can’t do a certain move because of my surgeries, he comes up with an alternative right on the spot so you are never sitting out during the round. But what I love the most about him is his encouragement. When you think you can’t do anymore and you want to give up he is right their encouraging you and somehow you find this inner strength that you didn’t even know you had. He just pulls it out of you. He will get down on the floor with you and do push ups with you to help you get through them. Everyone in the class knows each other, we are like a small family. We know each other’s kids and all the kids know each other. While the grown ups are working out all the kids are sitting in the lobby playing with each other. The other day I walked in without my nephew and the other kids where asking where he was and if he was coming. I have taken a lot of workout classes and this is by far the best (as I mentioned before, so good I drive out from Queens). I can go on and on about how wonderful this school is but it is better to experience it first hand. You will not regret coming to a class!!! I promise.

Great Karate School. My son has come to this school for 4 years and learned so much. The dynamic duo sensei Bill & sensei Bobby really are so awesome with the Kids as well as with the adult karate and kick boxing classes. This is a family owned father & son school. I would highly recommend bringing your children here, my son has learned so much discipline but also has fun in the process.
