We are a family owned and operated Martial Arts School serving the Patchogue, Medford and Bellport community since 2004. Our students range in age from 3 — 59. We teach the Korean Martial Art of Taekwondo, «The Way of the Hand and Foot». Through the use of Taekwondo we not only make people physically fit and mentally stronger, but we also teach Bullying Prevention. Come Experience the Difference!

Established in 2004.

We are members of the American Taekwondo Association, who has been in the US since 1969. We are part of over 1500 schools World Wide. Our proven system of Martial Arts training increases Self Confidence, Discipline, Self Esteem and Fitness. Our motto is «Every Kid is a Winner! Every Kid is Special!»
