History
Established in 2010.
Located in the heart of Patchogue Village, The Gallery at 40 South opened its doors in early 2010. Run by local artist Joseph Ferzola and his wife, Rachel, opening a gallery within an art-supported community was a dream come true. The gallery shows works from various local artists and boasts the appreciation of all genres and mediums. The goal of the Gallery at 40 South is to be a leader in the presentation of contemporary visual arts within the East End. The gallery seeks to encourage experimentation through supporting the presentation of new works by emerging as well as established artists. Through exhibitions and educational programs, the gallery is dedicated to the cultural enrichment of the community.
