History
Established in 2014.
The restaurant name «Ristegio’s» is derived from the names of the owners; Richard, Steven and Joseph. The family was raised in Patchogue-Medford area. All of the brothers are local businessmen. The restaurant is located in the same spot as the old Pat & Jim’s where the Chef started his first food-industry job back in the early 1980′s.
A wide range of premium liquors and cocktails using the finest and freshest ingredients; Cognac, after-dinner cordials and local handcrafted tap beers as well as imported and domestic bottle beers are abundantly available at the beautiful, spacious lounge. The elegant lounge area also has high-top banquettes for your casual dining experience. The diversified wine list includes wines from all over the world that are proudly displayed in a wine showcase in our vaulted ceiling lounge area. The overall Manhattan-style atmosphere of the dining rooms with tray ceilings done in warm earth tones, stone work and fireplaces are unparalleled in the area.
