Bob is great with the customer he’s knowledgeable about cars and he’s willing to work with you as soon as something goes wrong with my car I call him he fits me in tight away also if it’ll be awhile he’ll take you home and pick you back up also if it’s a big job he’ll help arrange for a rent a car

I have been a customer for over five years, and I have to say that I love the service. Anytime I have a problem with my car, I go to Bob (Aamco Patchogue) and he fixes me up either on the same day, or the next (outside of weekends). Quick, reliable and I never feel like I have been taken advantage off for not being knowledgeable about motors. All I can say is… I trust my family to their service and care.

Horrible customer service, rip people off with giving you one quoted price, and then when the work is done the price has change most of the time gone up. The mechanic work is horrible they have put two engines in my car both of which have fault, so long story short I urge you to take your business else where, it well save you time and money
