I called to inquire about yoga classes since I couldn’t find the website for this business.(Deducting one star for that — there’s no excuse to not have a website to make sure your customers can get the information they need.) Someone(who was apparently the owner) answered with just a «Hello?», so I had to ask if it was the business I was trying to reach. Very unprofessional and awkward.(Another star deducted.) She explained that this was her personal cell(like it was an inconvenience that I was calling her at that number!). I told her that this was the number listed on Unilocal.Really rude.(One more star deducted.) I said I was calling to find out about yoga classes, and she said she no longer taught yoga.(Then why does your Unilocal profile still list it? Deducting another star for not keeping your Unilocal profile updating with the services that you actually offer and wasting my time.) And with that, I’m out of stars to deduct.
