Established in 2013.

An avid athlete growing up, I always felt an inherent connection to fitness, yet battled being overweight through my childhood and college years. I finally found a peaceful balance of exercise and nutrition through a three month body transformation challenge. After seeing the amazing results from being disciplined and committed to my workouts and nutrition lifestyle, I felt inspired to share my insight and knowledge on exercise and nutrition with others. I passionately want to share my knowledge on how to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. That’s when I decided to switch careers from the Accounting industry to the Fitness industry. I started my fitness career as a personal trainer working at Equinox in Pasadena. Afterwards, I moved to be a private personal trainer at Reflex Performance Gym in Pasadena. Both places I learned and grew a ton. Now, you’ll find me as a private personal trainer at a great private boutique gym in Pasadena, Mirror Image Fitness.
