On Sundays, The Royce offers a Market Brunch like no other in Los Angeles, including flowing Mimosas and Bloody Marys, Smoothie Shots and bountiful displays of Freshly Baked Breads and Decadent Desserts. Choice of a entrée includes brunch delicacies such as Eggs Benedict with Cotto Ham, Bernaise and a Petite Salad; Wood-Grilled Skirt Steak with Pomme Purée and Chimichurri; and Brioche French Toast with Roasted Apples and Spiced Maple Syrup.

History

Established in 2010.

The Langham Huntington, Pasadena is pleased to present The Royce, named after longtime owner and general manager of The Huntington Hotel, Stephen W. Royce. The Royce is set in the same space as the former Michel Star award-winning Dining Room, which once was home to Chef de Cuisine Craig Strong and Top Chef winner Michael Voltaggio.
