I’ve listed my condo with The Berns Team and I’m also using them to purchase my new home. I’m still in the middle of both processes — so I’ll update this when I’ve sold and bought! In the meantime, here’s a link to the video they made to promote my sale:

We had a fantastic experience working with the Berns team. They were so professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market and their work resulted in 15+ bids and more than $ 70k over asking price for our home. They provided great guidance during the period we were prepping our home and introduced us to wonderful vendors. Their 10-​day blitz was fantastic for our family, as it eliminated the need for extra showings during the week (crucial for a family with young kids!) This review is overdue but Jason and Laura helped us buy a new home and find tenants for our previous home. The Berns Team is truly vested in the Pasadena community! For several years now they have supported the Pasadena Police Activities League (PAL) their time and as sponsors. Most importantly they organize gift giving with their branch to give EVERY SINGLE CHILD a gift for Christmas. We recently went through the home buying process for the first time and could not have imagined using anyone other than the Berns Team. As soon as we contacted them, they set up a portal for us that showed us all properties that fit our criteria (location, price, bedrooms, etc.). Whenever we were interested in seeing a home, the Berns Team made time to show us the property around our busy work schedules on extremely short notice. As first time homebuyers, we weren’t very sure what to look for in each house to evaluate the quality and value of the property. Jason and Laura made sure to point out items in houses we overlooked to help make sure we ended up in the best home we could get for our money. Furthermore, we frequently had questions for them throughout the process and they were extremely responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls.
Once we found the perfect home, they helped get our offer accepted in a multi-​offer situation at a great price. Then, they helped us move through escrow extremely smoothly by scheduling inspections, dealing with issues that developed, and working constantly with our mortgage broker, Waleed Delawari at Delaware Pacific, to ensure our loan was taken care of in time to close escrow.
There was not a moment in the process where we felt like the Berns Team couldn’t help us. We highly recommend the Berns Team for any real estate need and will use them again in the future!

I seriously didn’t think home buying was possible. And really, it wouldn’t be without help. Especially in this market (Los Angeles, CA) and especially as a first time home buyer. My wife and I honestly went to the Berns Team to give us a reason to put our dream of homeownership down for a few years. We ended up with a new house for our growing family.
The Berns Team diffused any concern I had, answered or found the answer to any questions I had, and sent unsolicited encouragement throughout the entire process. They communicate so well! When my husband and I decided to sell our home of over 20 years plus, we started intensely researching the daunting task of finding a trustworthy, knowledgable & reliable realtor.
