Ruben «Gitano» Ramos — Guitarist, Composer, and Band Leader

Ruben’s body of musical work is a reflection of his experiences growing up in East Los Angeles as well as traveling the world. This new music is passionate, invigorating, and very intoxicating. His last work «Sudbury & Ramos» «Connexion Eclectique» showcased his vast skills as a composer, arranger, guitarist, engineer, mixer, and graphic artist. The album received great reviews from stations around the country. This new piece of work involves some of Ruben’s favorite styles of music from places such as Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Cuba, and the South American countries like Argentina, Bolivia and Peru. Some of his current collaborations in this musical realm are artists such as Jim Stubblefield solo artist and member of the reknown World Guitar Fusion group Incendio, composer and guitarist Joe LoPiccolo, percussionist Bryan Brock, percussionist Ramon
