If I could give ZERO stars I would! *Rude, Degrading, Dehumanizing Behavior *Extra unauthorized charges for toasting and dining at the store(Yes she wanted to charge me for dining at the store) Visited The Subway #1339−0 at 2377 E. Colorado Blvd. Pasadena CA91107 at 7:32PM on 6÷4÷16. I attempted to order a footlong cold cut sandwhich. After I had already swiped my debit card, the cashier«Victoria» informs me that the store charges for toasting the bread and charges for customers to dine in the store. I ask why I was not informed of these charges BEFORE being asked to swipe my card? Victoria(the shorter one) just shrugs. I state that I don’t want to dine in and to refund me the extra charges. She states that she cannot refund the extra charges. I then state that I just want to cancel the entire order then and get a full refund. She walks over to «Ibette/Beth/Ibett»(the taller of the two) and Victoria asks her to help her cancel the order. «Ibett/Bett» says to me that she cannot refund anything. I state that this is not fair to the customer and«IBett/Bett» replies«That’s not my problem» in a smug, degrading and dehumanizing manner. I have to say her behavior is quite inflaming to Subway customers. I ask to speak to the store owner and they call someone on the phone, who they claim is the store owner. However, they gave me the name«Leticia» as the owner, who is not the owner of the store. I specifically wanted to speak to the owner. I then ask Victoria to speak to her manager. She stated that her manager’s name is «Leticia». When I asked for her manager’s last name, Victoria stated that she did not know who she was working for, and did not know her manager’s last name. Due to this, my trust and confidence in Subway store has dissipated into thin air. I have been coming to this store and for the last 4 visits this store has consistently displayed rude behavior and attempts to charge for things that are not advertised on Subway corporate /franchise material. In addition, when refunds for the unauthorized extra charges were requested, the staff pretended to have refunded my money, even giving me a «refund receipt», however my bank never having received the refund money. I had to go back several times and even talk to the manager to get things refunded correctly. Now, they have done the same thing again, giving me a «refund receipt» and telling me they cannot refund me cash. I regret ever going to this store and will *NEVER* go back to this store. Stay away from this shady Subway if you value your time, energy, and precious nerves!

Stopped by this Subway for some lunch. Parking was very limited. Im lucky I got a parking spot after about 5 minutes of circling around. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It gave me stomache cramps and diarrhea for the rest of the day. Stay away! Not fresh!

I love subway, but man was this one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a subway. I’ve come here a few times because it’s close to where I work and EVERYTIME I go, the ladies who work there are SO rude! I mean honestly, just because you hate your job gives you no right to be so rude to someone who is buying the product! I just can’t stand rude people like that

This Subway is great because it’s in a large parking structure so you shouldn’t have any problem finding a place to park during the busy lunch hour. I got a 6′ tuna sandwich on wheat toasted with everything on it, the customer service was great, the line moved really quick. I had a coupon so i did save a little money on my lunch meal. The only thing was the seating does tend to get a little crowded and noisy but other then that it was fine.

Decent Subway. We order a lot of party trays for lunch and I stop by once in a while for a quick sandwich. No complaints about the place. Decent service and the sandwiches are assembled pretty well.

I was appalled at their service, though I suppose I should not be. Simple order, two sandwiches, both wrong, and when I called to tell them neither of our sandwiches had cheese(ordered extra) and that we had asked for the mayo and mustard on bread, not on top… the person who answered the phone accused me of lying. Really? I called to lie about cheese? All I wanted was a veggie sandwich with extra cheese. Barely any veggies, and yes, I took a photo. I will contact the manager tomorrow, but if this is the sort of employee he or she hires I don’t expect much. *all I got was, «I am sorry wou were not happy with sandwich. Come in for a free one.». I repeatedly tried to explain it was the accusation of lying that was more of the problem, but there was a language barrier and she kept repeating the same thing. I did tell her I would not enact, free food or not.

Food is about what you’d expect. Cleanliness could be upgraded a bit as every available table had crumbs on it. Service is good but not overly friendly.

Went in for my delicious subway sandwich after a workout and i was grossly disappointed by the staff. Wasn’t busy at all so i ordered quick. Rosie took my order and she was less than enthused to be at work. She skimped on everything that i had to ask for extra stuff just to make it a full sandwich. Her attitude and chomping away at her piece of gum was real off putting. This place isn’t as delightful as others I’ve been to but its close to my house so ill probably return and maybe ill get better service.

this one, though on the small side, wasn’t that bad either. i used to be really into the steak and cheese sub and the girl here talked me back into it. delish! got the combo with a dr. pepper that i could only do about 6 oz of and bag of sun chips. classic meal, no complaints on the food and service, though i will say, this place is tiny, without even a bathroom. i took up a bigger table because the window table was about 5000 degrees and felt guilty so ate fast but it’s close to school and has parking, as opposed to the one near lake and colorado. i’ll be back for sure. also, they have an animated ad board, which is cheesy but taught me that the most popular sub in sweden is shrimp, mayo and dill! i’d eat that.

In my recent experience, the service has been extremely great. Also my sandwich is always extremely stuffed, I’m eating one right now and it broke because there’s too much meat inside! As of right now, they are certainly very generous with their food.

A very small location. There is limited seating available inside. The parking lot where it’s located can be very full during most of the day as it’s shared with many other restaurants and shops. It’s a good location to get to-go if you live in the area or work in the area. Other than that it’s your typical subweezy restaurant ;)

This review is not about this subway but about subway in general! I’ve been to a LOT of sandwich places over the years all over the US and subway has always been everywhere! The problem with that is I think EVERY time I go into a subway i leave unhappy with the sandwich. I don’t expect the best from a place like this but I expect they to strive for the best. This is the only place that seem to be stingy on the produce and which ever sauce you ask for. I find myself always either thinking to myself or saying can you put more on that? Like on a foot long I would like more then 4 pickles or 4 very small slices of cucumber. I know a lot of people feel the same way so its not just me. This last visit set me off and I will probably not go back to subway unless its the last choice of places. I ordered a $ 5 foot long just before my friend and his came out to $ 5 and mine came out to $ 5.45. I said why and they were quick to say tax but when I pointed out my friend didnt pay tax they changed their minds to because it was heated up. Now if they said it cost more to heat up then this would not have been a problem but I didn’t know this, they didn’t say anything and then to lie to me at the register just shows they are hiding things. Also, keep an eye on those health inspection scores… I have been to to many subways that probably should not have been open due to dirty kitchens! I don’t like giving bad reviews but they finally pushed me over the edge. Subway management needs to come up with a better way to run that business.

I have to say i’m not a huge fan of subways… but i have been drawn in on there 5 dollar deal… Its a easy quick non greasy bite when i am working away from home. Yesterday i bought a sub with a co worker… and my co worker was complaining that everytime he goes he feels like they always ration out the veggies and he hates to be that guy always saying a little more please a little more… So when it was time to pay he already felt like he wasnt getting his 5 dollars worth… But that wasnt the funny part the funny part is when it came time to pay… mine came to 5 dollars even. No tax… dont know why but i never get charged tax on my 5 dollar sub… his came to 5.45! and he was like I thought it was 5 dollars… they answered quikly plus tax… So he points to me and say why doesnt he have to pay tax… And they informed him they have to tax toasted subs! I dunno why or if this is true but i got a laugh out of it… So in CA if you wanna skip out on the tax i guess don;t toast the subs…

This subway is walking distance from my place, a major perk, but in addition to that I can walk there on a hot day and I can always anticipate a nice chilled establishment and warm smiles behind the counter. Every time I walk in here it is immaculate, and service is always top-notch. I’ve never been here and they’ve been out of something, even when they were putting together a very large catering order. This is forever my favorite Subway! Home of the«5 Dollar Foot-Loooong!»
