Pretty quick service here. Ordered my usual black forest ham on honey oat with tomatoes, lettuce jalapeños and mustard. They made my sandwich with even proportions. The last location I went to really smothered it with mustard so I was glad that wasn’t the case this time around. No line here so very quick to get my lunch.

This specific Subway location just happens to be one of my victims. But I think all subways are terrible. They are the McDonald’s equivalent of a «Healthy» sandwich place. If this was 10 – 15 years ago. I would tell you that I like Subway. But now I hate it. Terrible quality ingredients and not really worth the money either! I can buy higher quality sandwiches for the same price, so why go here?!

Ordered BMT double meat. Asked for spicy mustard. Sandwich maker slathered it with regular mustard. Without looking up… He realized what he did and started poorly scraping off the mustard. After he was done, he tried adding the spicy mustard I did order very heavily… I assume to cover the taste of the other mustard. I stopped him after the second pass. He should have at least asked if i would to have it remade. Poor recovery.

I hate to leave a bad review but these fucktards gave me terrible service. They had no clue, poor things. Nonetheless it was a bad experience.

First off, don’t order their little pizza things they make. They don’t taste good at all. Second, I was annoyed they were cutting onions in such a small store while customers were inside– everyone’s eyes were burning and they couldn’t stop blinking. I had to wait outside for my food because my eyes were burning too much. I feel like they could’ve picked a better time to do that. This place could’ve done better in my eyes.

Smaller than Washington location but friendly service. I had such a bad experience with the snotty teenagers at the Washington store. I had to point out this much better option.

I WILLNEVEREATATTHISSUBWAYAGAIN! I went in yesterday, walked into the restroom to wash my hands before I ordered food and discovered a HUGE cockroach on the bathroom floor. It was still alive, belly up, squirming. So I immediately walked out and informed the employee that was standing behind the register. She stood there, didn’t say anything to me and shrugged her shoulders. WTF?! Never going back to ANY subway, again!

I would have rated this Subway one star due to the customer service and but the food was pretty tasty. I was overcharged $ 1.20 plus tax because the cashier was insistent that my coupon would not work for two 6″ premium sandwiches though it was clearly stated that the coupon could be used for premium sandwiches. I told him to give me the sandwiches that I wanted and just charge me the coupon price so that we are both happy… Well, he overcharged me $ 1.20 and he claimed that he had to. I think his inability to charge me correctly was due to the lack of training or his stupidity on working the cash register. I came to this Subway to avoid the other subway nearby, so I guess I will avoid this one too! Where’s the next Subway or should I try Quiznos?

I like Subway sandwiches(4 stars) but don’t like the service at this location(1 star). I like the service at the Rosemead/Foothill location(where Ralphs and Ritz Camera are) but the lines are long. So…I went in one afternoon(weekday) around 3 p.m. I was the only customer in there. There was one guy cleaning the windows(doing a great job!), and 3 guys behind the counter talking to each other in a very unprofessional manner. They were talking using inappropriate language and talking about inappropriate topics, looking at pictures on their phones or something. I walk in and am totally ignored. I look at the menu, and try to wave to get their attention. One guy waves to me while slowly putting on a pair of gloves, while continuing to talk with his co-workers. He comes over and takes my order, while still interjecting comments to his co-workers.(?) He is the slowest Subway sandwich maker and cashier I have ever observed.(Yes, he was moving in slow motion even when ringing up the payment.) I’ve gotten Subway sandwiches tons of times at many different locations, so I’ve seen lots of different people. I see other people gave good reviews for service here so maybe they’ve upped the training since I last went – hopefully so! This location is kind of hard to find, but it is in the same plaza as a Post Office.

Great customer service, friendly staff, very clean and efficient! I know Subway generally tastes the same regardless of location, however this location always keeps the produce fresh and chilled properly and keeps lines short! Low prices, lots of parking, best Subway I’ve visited. 5 Stars.

I just found our subway has a good deal for all of the month of September! 6 inch meatball or Cold-cut sandwich for $ 2! That means, either of these foot longs for 4 bucks! Whooo! Good stuff!

Yummy sandwiches. The girls at the office like to get them loaded with jalapeño’s. I love the fresh healthy feel of them. Quality is good and it makes for a good lunch item!

I used to love this location, however the sandwiches nowadays are becoming a mess. All the ingredients are falling out and mustard is all over the place by the time your ready to eat your sandwhich. Try the foothill location by islands, it’s a busier area but the sandwiches there are never anything short of great including the service.

Did you know that if you toast your 5 dolla footlong they charge you an extra fee? That’s an insider tip from our awesome sammich maker. My friend and I split the black forest ham footlong. Next time I will stick to my spicy Italian or tuna.

Most solid Subway I’ve been to. Staff is friendly and they do literally go through each item possible and make it precisely as desired. The quality of the food has always been fresh and has never disappointed and I have yet to experience an unsatisfactory venture to this particular spot. Also, the location renders a lean crowd and I’ve never waited long for service. $ 5 for a footlong? This Subway makes it feel like a bargain with how stacked my sandwiches come out and the sheer volume of ingredients within.

I totally agree with the reviewer above about how great this Subway is compared to others. We pass a couple of Subways just to go to this one. The people who work there are friendly and they give you what you ordered. The store is clean and the staff seems to be very well trained. Even when its a little crowded they are fast and help you when they take your order. This is by far the best Subway in Pasadena!
