I have never seen this much dis responsibility employed in my life, every time I go getting some issue with them they don’t here you or doing mistake with the bill.
But this time was my son’s birthday, and I ordered before one week the birthday date, the birthday date came I went to pick up my order they said that they don’t have any order in their list. i got surprise and complain them about their mistake they start to apologize me and started to work on my
was very unprofessional i don’t advice people to preorder from that place if you have special day.

Only go to subway for my son and this location is good enough and its closest to my home .Cant really rate the sandwich because it’s the same at any Subway.

Probably one of the best subways I have ever been too… The staff is very nice, friendly, attentive, and pretty much genuine with their customer service skills… It’s also very clean… I really like eating here… They just don’t have restroom but that’s okay I’m always on the go either way :)

It’s your typical Subway, I like to go here because it’s close to where we live and the service is ok. You are in and out in a few minutes, they have enough staff onsite to keep the line short and parking in front of the place is super easy.
Like many other Subways they don’t have a public bathroom, so good luck with that :)

Try the big hot pastrami on jalapeño bread toasted to perfection with provolone cheese pickles mustard and free smile from the nice crew

It got better. Believe it or not, they FIRED the entire crew and started from scratch. The new crew are perfect.

There are no restrooms here. One must wash hands before eating a sandwich with said hands. And one must pee after drinking from the fountain of drinks.

First time here. This Subway is larger than others especially the one I usually go to. It is also very clean. I had no trouble with my order or the people who work there. I’ll be back again.

Only good thing about this subway is that it’s always very clean.
Now on the other hand… Workers beyond RUDE! They never listen to what I say, I ask for more vegetables and all I get is dirty looks and they put 2 pieces more, REALLY?! Im paying for the food so the least they can do is give me what I want without giving me so much attitude. I’ve been here a lot and hope it’s not as bad as I think but seems to disappoint me every single time. The food itself is good if it’s made right but 95% of the time I never get the sandwich I want. The location is so convenient but the service is so TERRIBLE! Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Management definitely needs to do something about this because this is not okay!
They should definitely consider getting new workers that don’t give attitude and know what they’re doing. Very disappointed… I don’t even get greeted coming in, no smile, no greeting, mess up my order. I wish I could say something good but sadly can’t. If I could give negative stars I definitely would. Employees need to get their act together no one is forcing them to be there. They chose to work there so they should welcome customers and have good attitude.

Everytime I walk into this subway, I REGRET IT. I’ve gave them way too many chances. Only if I could give NEGATIVE stars.
All the employees need an attitude check. They are BEYOND rude. They don’t listen to any of the customers request. I kept repeating myself over and over again. They don’t EVER smile and it’s just a very unpleasant vibe.
I’m not the only person who has experienced this. I couldn’t agree more with the past reviews written on here.
The management really needs to get it together and hire new employees. It’s the worst subway in pasadena.
The lady who cashed us out didn’t know English and over charged us. $ 9 for a damn six inch. Are you kidding me?
Anddd… It was NOT fresh whatsoever. The tuna, gross. The chicken bacon, GROSS. All of the greens were rotten.
Anyway, I will NEVER go back here again. NEVER. This was definitely the last chance for subway to prove themselves.

I really enjoy coming to this Subway location. The staff is always friendly and efficient, it is always clean inside, and there never seems to be a wait. Great location for locals!

This place opened close to my house and I was glad. I eat here maybe once every two weeks because it’s cheap and quick. Also it’s only a subway! Meaning it’s the same as the 100,000 McDonald’s in LA. It’s what it is. I’ve read all the reviews here and am laughing at? I’ve never had any employee act rude or talk and not serve me. It sound strange to read that kind of stuff for as much as I’ve gone here. I would like to add lets see some of you people come down off your high horse and work at a subway for a week and see how well you do making multiple sandwiches with a line to the door while people are waiting and acting like kings and queens all for minimum wage. So some of you need to shut up about your lettuce and olives and give a person a break.

Cleanest subway I’ve ever been too. I’m not quite sure what all the reviews 3+ months ago were all about but those employee must no longer work there. Very friendly staff, Paola was helping me out, good customer service. I would recommend this place to my friends and co-​workers.

Personally I have never actually set foot in this Subway, but I have ordered frequently from them and sat on their patio.
I’ve never had an issue with an order, and I appreciate that they have a nice seating area outside.
That being said I wouldn’t actively choose to eat here.
It is a subway, so what do you expect.

Really nice looking subway. Came right before lunch rush so we got taken care of right away. Orders were correct first time, good diet cokes.

This is the nicest subway I have ever been to! LOL. I never thought I’d write a review for Subway, but this place is next level.
They actually have couches and a small lounge, modern interior, outdoor metal patio furniture with umbrellas…
The staff is really well spoken and sweet, and the food is actually fresh. Wow. Only in Pasadena! I usually go to the one on Lake/​Orange groove, but this one is so much larger, cleaner, and cuter! It’s so cute, I almost feel like I could go on a lunch date here!

I have been here a few times, and each time I go with the hope that the food/​service will get better… It is just getting worse.
I’ve had a different person make my sandwiches each time I’ve gone, so I can’t blame my bad experiences on just one person. Except maybe the management???
The servers don’t know how to make the sandwiches — THEY DONT LISTEN — I repeated myself MULTIPLE times and had to raise my voice to stop them from putting things I didn’t want on my sandwich. Ingredients were not spread evenly across the sandwich. And I’m not that picky — but half an onion, a tablespoon of shredded lettuce, 4 spinach leaves and a handful of cilantro are not going to make an appetizing sandwich for ANYONE.
And THEN at the very end I asked for vinegar and she drenched the sandwich in oil instead. When I pointed out her mistake she tried to take toppings off the sandwich — at this point I insisted she remake the sandwich — I should have just left and gone to the subway on Lake Ave next to Food For Less (THAT location is always good).
What irritated me the most at this location was the attitude the server gave me — I asked if they took classes on how to build all the sandwiches and I got an eye roll and a mumbled «yes».
Note to management — provide your staff with better training and council them on their customer service!
I won’t be going back to this location.

One of the employees was so nice, but unfortunately she wasn’t the one helping me. The other employees literally have no idea how to make a sandwich. I have to ask for more stuff twice just to get a regular amount, and they don’t spread it around evenly. When they close the sandwich, they don’t bother trying. It’s always half open and everything falls out from inside. I always need to open the whole thing up and reposition everything just so it stays inside.
There’s a Subway by the Food 4 Less not far from this location. I will go there from now on despite this one being a very short walk away.

This Subway is the worst Subway that I have ever been too its just outrageous on how terrible it was. It started from the parking lot finding a spot was like finding a needle in a hay stack, and I was there on a Monday just to clarify. When I went in the line was long but it wasn’t a long wait, I asked for vegetables but little did i know I would get five bell peppers, six pickles, eight olives and etc thats how it went with all of the veggies. When I was at the register already angry at the fact of how much they skimped out on veggies the cashier was rude and didn’t even make I contact with me. This place is not worth your time or money bad service and bad food. Won’t be back!

This Subway just opened a few months ago near my house. I was glad there was going to be one so close to me. I’ve been in there 3 times.
THE GOOD: It is really nice and clean inside and the food has been really fresh and the food areas always look clean which is great.
THE BAD: The reason i give this pace 2 stars and probably won’t go back here is that the employees are never attentive to you or even listen to you or look at you when you’re talking to them. They are really bad at greeting customers. Once i just stood there while 3 women kept chatting behind the counter. One would look up at me, I approached the counter further to make it obvious I was ready to order, but they didn’t say anything to me. I thought it was really rude. They keep talking to one another while they are making your order and they don’t listen, they just start putting stuff on your sandwich and I had to repeat myself several time because another time while a man was making my order he was chatting with the coworker next to him. I’m not a needy person, i like to get out and get my food fast, but you expect a certain amount of attentiveness while you are being helped.
Whoever opened this Subway needs to talk to their employees about customer service and how to pay attention to customers, how to greet customers, and not be rude while making orders.
