This Starbucks location is a good location near Best Buy. Even though it’s regularly busy in the morning, the line goes by pretty quickly. The inside doesn’t have much seating, so if it’s during the middle of the day, you might have trouble finding a place to sit. There also isn’t that much outside seating either, so if you want to sit/chill/work, you might have to be lucky. They’ve always made my drinks correctly(which is always a big plus) and I definitely will keep coming back. The staff here are so nice that a few days ago, a friend of mine ordered an iced tea and fell outside. Even though she was embarrassed, we convinced her to go inside and see if they’d make her another one. They totally did and it made her day.

I had a terrible green tea frappé at this location. When it tastes like bubble gum, it wasn’t done right :((

it’s a Starbucks, there’s always a line. But these guys here are kinda lazy in the morning, it takes forever to get your coffee, and I mean coffee, not something super complicated with all kinda stuff.

This is my first time at this location. I don’t have a typical StaStarbucks that I go to. However I was on the way home and wanted to try this location out for the first time. So I ordered a pumpkin spice latte grande size and a tomato basil and pesto Panini. When my order came up for the Panini, my drink came up soon after for pick up. Now I had requested some whip cream to add to my drink. I picked up one of those green stirs that prevents spills and off I went. The whole drive home, I did not even take one sip but devoured the panini as I was hungry and it as heated perfectly. However as I approached my house, I took my first sip but noticed the weight of my drink was a little light after taking a small sip. Now I’m usually perceptive when I get my drinks and I know for a fact that my drink was shorted. Why you say? Well, the top of the fluids rested right at the bottom of the line of the«shots» box to check what type the drink is included. The guy asked if I wanted to add whip cream and I said yes, but does means that the line of my drink means a lot less? No it doesn’t. Because I know for a fact and have been to plenty of other locations that have never shorted me. I was pretty upset that I went out of my way to give a call soon after I realized this to my dismay. I spoke to «David» who happened to pick up the phone. He sounded like the guy that helped me at the counter, but I know he was not the guy that made my drink. Anyways, I let him know about my dissatisfaction and he sounded disingenuous and unempathetic. I asked him does this happen often?(I was really trying to understand this). He said it sometimes happens and people get it fixed. He asked for my name and said I could come back. He did make the effort and asked me to come back(and drive another 5 miles one way) to fix my drink or come back tomorrow. Even so, I may or may not but I’m thinking is it worth it? I’m only giving the place two stars because of his drink offer in return of my dissatisfaction. Other than that, I say make sure you pay attention to what the baristas give you. I learned my lesson!

Location/parking: located on the corner of the plaza right next to Ross. Parking gets crazy especially on the weekends because the plaza is a pretty busy plaza and Starbucks is right next to Ross, making their parking pretty congested. The parking spots are teeeny tiny making it even harder to find parking. Atmosphere: there are plenty of tables to sit outside off of Foothill Blvd but can get noisy because of the cars passing by and the fire department right across the street. There are some tables inside with plenty of outlets for your laptops along the bench. Noise level is pretty low making it ideal for studying. Food/drinks: Good! Passion Iced Tea is the most refreshing drink! Customer Service: Quick, efficient, and friendly Suggestions: sweep up the floor periodically so pieces of cookies and trash aren’t on the floor

Love their customer service. I always come for a drink while i shop at Ross or PetSmart. Its usually not very busy. The only issue I have with this place is that their restrooms are usually dirty. I think they have a problem with homeless people going into the restroom and wash up but regardless, they need to keep them cleaner. They have a keypad with a code for the restroom so i’m guessing that will help them. Their counters are always clean and their tables inside ANDOUTSIDE are always clean as well.

Nothing hits the spot after a long trip to the strip mall like a mocha frappucino. This Starbucks is tucked away in the corner of the next to Ross. Don’t count on finding a seat since it’s usually full of people studying. I usually get my coffee to go then hit the road.

Customer service is 50/50,most days but their is a man who doesn’t wear his tag maybe on purpose that always messes our drinks up. One day I ordered a tea and I got a coffee cup before that I brought in my own tumblr and between the two drinks he didn’t clean my cup. So needless to say my tea had coffee in it and tasted horrible. What am I suppose to clean the cup in the bathroom between each drink I buy?!? As well the smoking rule isn’t monitored people are smoking right next to you when the outside tables have a no smoking symbol!

wow. calm down with the attitude there, girl. I didn’t catch her name, but you prob could figure it out who she is if she takes your order. Felt very rushed, and she made it MY fault that their mobile order machine wasn’t working, therefore they didn’t have my drink ready. On top of that, she said they stopped making my summer drink — «it’s posted on the board». Uh hello, I placed it via mobile app, how would I’ve known that you ran out of that product?! anyway, by FAR the worst starbucks ever!

Been coming here almost everyday for more than 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. I’m here to get my fix. But getting your fix from a smiling, friendly face makes the experience that much more pleasant and the coffee taste that much better. BESTSTAFFEVER. Each and everyone of you are at Rock Star Awesome level. #Seriously Especially the barista who wears the green apron and the black cap. ok? TIP: If you’re a regular and they like you enough, you can get the baristas to write anything on your cup. P. S. Wait. Who goes to a Starbucks to critique architectural design?

Review 65 After eating at the neighboring restaurants, this is a perfect spot to pick up a drink and desert if you can. The staff here is always on cue, ready to deliver any custom drink you desire. Since the new ‘beta’ Order came out, I only enter for my drinks and keep walking. The app Order to delivery is actually amazing and on the money! Thanks Starbucks for all the hard work and making my time important, Oh and very thankful for all the free drinks!!! Plan B I only submit 5-Star reviews, if I post a review it’s cause ‘hat’s off” I recommend the establishment and will return for another experience. I don’t feel the need to submit a review with less than 5-Stars, regardless if I check in, submit a picture or tip. I suggest Unilocal change it’s reviews to a category scoring system, then is when I can be fair and review each place I visit. PM me if you like additional information.

For some reason the staff was very apologetic here. I carry my own re-usable straws(forgot my cup this time!) and I said that I didn’t need the straw and the young guy apologized. A little confidence would go a long way. This location is also bizzare — it feels like it’s tacked on to the building and you feel like you’re going out of your way to get to it. Someone should Feng Shui this whole mall.

This Starbucks is located conveniently in a shopping plaza with stores like Best Buy, Nordstrom Rack, and Ross. There’s plenty of parking in the huge lot. The service here is decent, but really slow at times. I honestly come here for the convenience. The interior is a pretty different because of the layout. Really narrow… you’ll see. Anyway, I’ll come back when I’m shopping around here.

As mentioned by others, Starbucks is merely occupying the end of the building. It feels as though they took some kind of storage utility closet, that runs the length of the building, and created a Starbucks in it as a dare. However, there is a certain convenience to this particular Starbucks, so long as you do not plan to park anywhere near it. Many otherwise ambulatory people seem to camp out for the six closest spots, and downright harass anyone that tries to enter their queue. Remember the angry ghost on the subway in the movie of the same name who teaches Sam Wheat(Patrick Swayze) how to break stuff? And only because he really really really needed a drag off a cigarette? Yeah? They’re kinda like that. The good news is, it’s a big lot. And, if you park over near Best Buy, it’s usually wide open. Just be advised: you know those XXXXL Philadelphia eagles jerseys they sell at Ross Dress for Less next door? Well, the guy who buys those goes to the Starbucks. And do you know that guy who wears so much Drakkar Noir from 1994 that you can smell him two decades later? He buys Venti red eyes here. Not that I’m judging you or anything… I like roomie clothing and Clinton era cologne, too. Just not when I’m drinking a skinny cinnamon dolce latte.

Yes, I know, it’s Starbucks… But, their pastries and soy latte are actually among some of my guilty pleasures, especially when I’m at work and too lazy to drive. Since this particular Starbucks is situated where Pasadena Best Buy is, parking is never really a challenge for those who drives here. Then again, I usually stop by somewhere between 6:45 to 7:15AM, how busy can a Best Buy/Ross parking lot get? The morning Starbucks Baristas are usually very attentive, they’re energetic and positive. Perhaps it’s also factored by its very location, I don’t ever recall having to deal with nastiness nor ghettoness, which I cannot tolerate. As of now, my new favorites are: — Chocolate caramel muffins: chocolate muffin moistened with caramel sauce from its center, remember to have it served warm. the only bad thing I can say about this muffin is its micro size… — Squirrel Brand’s Italian Black Truffle Almonds: I almost crapped my pants when I saw packages and packages of these babies by the counter. It’s a shame Starbucks does not sell Cabs… Otherwise, I can just sit there with a glass of cabs, their protein box, and a bag of these truffle goodness!!!(obviously NOT6:45 to 7:15 in the morning) Overall, I’ve always have positive and pleasant experience when I visited this location. Not overly crowded(again, at the time slot that I go,) professional and friendly baristas. I recommend this place, IF Starbucks is your cup of tea. Otherwise, Peet’s and Whole Foods are just down the blocks as well.

I like how they can fit a Starbucks anywhere. This is a narrow location but they make the most of it, the tables with the benches against the wall have plugs build in under them! Score these seats first if you got a laptop and are the type to do work or study in a coffee shop. Great stop for the holidays, while others shop at Bed Bath & Beyond or Best Buy just pop in here for an energizing cup of joe. What the heck is up with these parking spaces?! They are not just compact but Euro car sized compact. This just ends up in horrible parking jobs, multiple cars don’t even bother trying and blatantly take up two spaces. Such Inefficiency! :(

Eww, no. Staff with attitudes. When asking them to reload my card, they acted like I was the worst person in the whole wide world. Seriously. It’s not like they have anyone behind me, I was the only customer! Rather then hand me my card back, she casually tossed it on the counter. Best customer service ever! Now thanks to her, my card is sticky. This location is a waste of space!

ASIANDRIVERSBEWARE. The parking lot’s incline gets significantly steep just outside of this Starbucks, and the spaces are drawn assuming no car is bigger than a Fiat 500. Luckily, you don’t really have to drive here. This Starbucks is conveniently located right across Foothill from the Sierra Madre Villa Metro station. The same plaza also houses a really nice Petsmart(canine needs), a Nordstrom Rack(female needs), and a Chipotle(male companion needs). Kaiser is extremely close by, too, in case you OD on caffeine or drop from too much shopping. Oh, right. The Starbucks itself is pretty nice. I just never park near it.
