Years ago when our founder listed her private home for sale she was bombarded by Realtor’s all asking the same question… «who staged this house»?

The demand was high and the market was calling! At that moment Stage of Mind was born.

We believe that every home has the potential to make its guests fall in love! We specialize in creating uniquely decorated spaces that bring out a homes specific charms.

A modern home will draw buyers of its liking, so we decorate with clean lines, bright, crisp colors and retro fittings.

A character home, will draw a well traveled buyer. One who has an appreciation for antiques and worldly objects.

A large family home would be incomplete without a child’s bedroom (or two) and a divine family room to boast!

We stage to appeal to the specific buyers of specific homes. That is what sets us apart from the rest.

Liana is THE BEST! I’m a Realtor, and she came to my clients home to give them a consultation prior to them listing their home. She walked through the house with us and gave superb ideas of ways to utilize the furniture they already have, and explained the reasonings behind the suggestions she made. In the end she gave my clients a detailed email listing all the changes she suggested. My clients took her advice and the home looked phenomenal! Our house was in desperate need of a makeover… and I had not clue how to do it. Came across Stage of Mind on Unilocal.Since we weren’t selling our house, I didn’t know if Liana would be able to work with us.
Luckily, she did, and our house is now truly a home. She came over for the initial consultation, which now mortifies me even more because it was just awful looking. Amazing to work with, personable, professional, will go the extra 1000 miles for you.
The attention to detail is what pulled the project together… I never would have thought that changing frames to all silver in entryway would make such a difference, it did. The subtle carpet that is now on our hardwood floor, partially under the bed, makes me wonder how I ever lived without it. Elegant, yet not stuffy.
She worked well within our budget, and actually saved us huge amounts of money with her cost saving ideas. Just sad it’s over so quickly because she was so great to work with. We want to do our kitchen next year, and wouldn’t even consider doing it without Liana’s input.

WOW just WOW
After trying to sell our home for months with a realtor, we decided to switch agents. The new agent insisted that we get our home staged, that’s when we met the amazing Liana from Stage of Mind. From day one she has been so patient and great with us. After she staged our home we could not believe our eyes. This is a great company to use if you plan on selling your house! I have personally seen the before and afters of the work they do and the transformations are incredible! I’m a real estate photographer and have photographed many of the Stage of Minds homes. The way they present the homes is great! Easy to photograph, great presentation and fast sales! Oh and before i forget, the main designer is great to work with, she’s very organized, which takes a lot of the pressure off me.

I recently met Liana and her team while doing some work for an investor that was flipping a house. I was there during construction and stopped by after everything was finished and the house had been staged. I couldn’t believe my eyes! I couldn’t believe that this was the same terrible looking house I was standing in just a few days before! Liana had been there and staged the entire home. I was blown away by the transformation!
