I couldn’t be happier and more appreciative of Juan, Matt and Raffe, whom went above and beyond to fix my newly purchased Maserati’s unexplainable «Parking Break» issue. They were already closed and on the way home on a day before New Year’s Eve and stayed back to help. It’s not just that, but they did it with a smile while most might complain about keeping them from their families, friends or wherever they were headed after work. As a matter of fact, everyone whom I’ve encountered at Rusnak, Pasadena has been very pleasant and helpful. Thank you guys! Enjoy the last day of 2015 & Happy New Year! Danika is an amazing sales rep. She gave me the best deal on a new Maserati GT Convertible & Raffe in service treats you like family. I sent my friend over the next week to get a Masss because the service was excellent!

Although the review goes under the Rusnak Maserati umbrella, I have a Rolls-​Royce, which is serviced at the same location. My service advisor was Larry Wood. He is GREAT to work with. He was kind and polite from the moment I arrived. He provides excellent customer service, and does it with a smile. He called me with status updates along the way, and walked me to my car when it was all done (and in the rain!). He is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made my Rusnak experience first rate.

Juan, Matt & Raffe were so nice and helpful. The car parking brake was acting up. My girlfriend called the dealership where she bought the car & parts answered. He was nice but transferred to service & spoke to Raffi. Raffi tried to talk to us patiently to resolve the matter. Ended up going there since we were like 1 mile away.
Such hard working men. Came close to closing & helped us. See you guys Wednesday!

Thank God for Rusnak service. I was on the hook with a flat tire on Christmas eve and Courtney and her staff had me back on the road in an hour. I am so grateful. Thanks again and I promise to spread the good word.

I’m usually not one to bitch and complain about horrible service on social media. If I don’t like the place, I just won’t go back. But this is much more than just horrible service, I’ve been cheated, robbed, and lied to.
I took my car in for an alignment, something simple and quick. Only to get my car back with my sunglasses missing from the center divider. I spoke to my service guy and he says he hasn’t seen any glasses and he can’t say that my glasses was really in my car. I spoke to the manager the next day and she told me it’s pretty much my words against theirs, but the technicians has been working there for 14years and this kind of incident has never happened before. Then she says my service guy informed me to take all my belonging out of my car before leaving it with them, which he did not, and they are not responsible for anything missing. She said she also reviewed the camera and didn’t see the technician take anything from my car. Then I asked if there was a camera following the technicians to test drive my car to make sure the alignment was good, or if there was a camera following the drivers that drops my car off with the technician, she replied I don’t know what to tell you. There is no proof that the glasses was there.
This isn’t even about the glasses, this is about the value of doing business and me not being able to trust this dealership ever again. I chose this one over Newport Maserati because of convenience. But after this, I rather drive all the way out to Newport Beach to get my car service than to get robbed and lied to again.

My wife and I went here Sunday to look at a Ghibli. Duane was the sales consultant that assisted us. He was awesome… patient, knowledgeable, transparent with all the info… not much more we would have wanted from a sales consultant. At the end of the day, we did not buy the car cuz it just wasn’t the right vehicle for us. But if you want a Bentley or Maserati… go see Duane, you won’t be sorry.

I was extremely impressed with the promptness, professionalism, and impeccable service I received at the Maserati dealership in Pasadena. I’m grateful for their care and attention to my vehicle and would recommend going here to anyone looking for quality service. Thank you Ms. Chasse for all your help.

Took my Flying Spur in for service last week. Courtney and Larry could not have been more accommodating! My car was handled quickly and professionally and they even set me up with a set of wheels while my car was in the shop. Five stars all the way!!! Best experience ever

The experience was excellent from beginning to end, no one generally enjoys servicing their vehicle but this was an extraordinary level of service. From the initial call and I had so many questions they told me what to expect to the communication during was flawless. Even the local lunch recommendation. This is by far the best service experience I’ve had.

Although the facility is nothing to brag about here, the service is impeccable. Got my car in and out as promised, repairs were thorough and staff helpful. They even sent a driver to pick me up when my car was finished! Thumbs up!

Took my car into service for overheating. Service person was nice and helpful. The thing that made it memorable was that the technician actually came out to talk to me and explain what he repaired. So cool. Thanks.

SEEK SERVICE ELSEWHERE if they tell you the repair is not covered under the warranty and you need to pay out of your pocket!
Long story short, they told me to pay $ 2700.00 + tax because they diagnosed my car problem was not covered by the warranty. They stated that I caused the damage therefore I had to pay. So I towed my car to different a maserati dealership and had them take a look at it.
Two days later, my car was repaired and services were covered under the warranty. The other dealer’s diagnosis was that I had not caused any damage to the parts which Rusnak stated I needed to replace (although I had some scratches); the car works fine and I did not have to replace those parts.
Rusnak’s dishonesty would have costed me almost $ 3k, but taking the car elsewhere saved me.

This review is both their service and sales department. My husband and I have experienced a nightmare and wish to warn others about our horrific experience.
We leased a new Maserati from O’gara Coach about four months ago. Last Friday, we got a sudden overheating warning as we were driving the car. We cooled off the car and filled up some engine coolant and restarted the car after one hour, but we got the same warning back in about five minutes. At last, we parked the car and called Maserati Roadside Assistance.
Fortunately, the roadside assistance arrived within 1.5 hours and advised us that it will tow the car to the nearest Maserati service, which to my deepest regret happened to be Rusnak Maserati of Pasadena. Because it was late and the dealer had already closed, we took the cab home.
SALES DEPARTMENT: The next morning (Saturday), we called the dealer and explained that our car is towed and is in their lot and asked for a loaner car. The service department was closed and we were dealing with sales department that day. Jeremy (?) told us that they do not provide loaner cars to customers who purchased/​leased a car from outside of Rusnak. We were very surprised to hear this as we’ve never had any issues of getting a loaner or rental car in the past from any other dealers. We called O’gara Coach to confirm this information. To our surprise, we were advised that Maserati of Northern America’s policy is to provide loaner car value up to $ 50 per day to customers who are servicing their car at a Maserati service. We called back to Jeremy and confronted him this information. At this point, HE STARTED YELLING OVER THE PHONE now changing what he’s said to «I NEVER SAID THAT! WE GIVE PRIORITY TO RUSNAK CUSTOMERS FIRST, AND THEN DECIDE WHETHER TO GIVE LOANER CARS TO CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED FROM OTHER DEALERS.» He continued to refuse to give us a loaner for Sat and Sunday and rudely told us that we were on our own until Monday. We felt harassed by his uncalled-​for rudeness.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT: On Monday morning, the service department started diagnosing the overheating issue. In the afternoon, we received a call from Raffe stating that WE CAUSED A DAMAGE by damaging the car’s radiator and cooling fan. He said the car cannot be repaired under the warranty and we had to pay $ 2700 plus tax to repair the car. We told him we decline their service and that we will arrange the car to be towed else where.
Few hours later after 6:00 pm, Raffe called back and offered to repair the car for $ 2000 out of our pocket. He said he will tweak the work order so that $ 700 can be covered by the warranty. To this offer, we said okay.
After I got off the phone, it felt suspicious that I had to pay $ 2000 to fix an engine overheating issue when the CAR IS ONLY FOUR MONTHS OLD and I’ve only had normal wear and tear on the car. It didn’t make sense to me that a brand new car would give me such an issue so I called O’gara. I spoke to my salesperson and he said to decline the work order and to have the car towed over to O’gara because what Rusnak was saying clearly did not make any sense!!! So got off the phone immediately and called Rusnak back within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone with Rusnak but learned that the service department closes at 6. At that point, I called numerous times, leaving messages with the front desk, service department, service manager, and anyone I can think of stating «DO NOT WORK ON THE CAR. I DECLINE YOUR WORK ORDER AND WILL HAVE MY CAR TOWED OUT OF YOUR LOT TOMORROW.»
Because Raffe called me offering a lowered amount of $ 2000 after his hours and I called back and left messages with numerous people to not to commence any work, I thought I just had to get it out of their lot the next day.
Tuesday morning around 7 a.m., Raffe calls and tells me that their guy stayed until 8 p.m. working on the car and he has to charge $ 390 for two hours of labor. I told him that I called back within five minutes of authorizing the work order and done everything I can to retract that authorization; however, they were not available. To that, he just said he wouldn’t release my car unless I paid the $ 390.
Because at this point I wanted to run away from Rusnak, I reluctantly gave my credit card information over the phone. Raffe said that was the ONLY WAY I CAN HAVE MY CAR RELEASED.
After I paid the amount and had the car towed to O’Gara, the service department at O’Gara diagnosed the car and stated that THE RADIATOR WAS NOT CRACKED AND DID NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED; THE OVERHEATING ISSUE WAS CAUSED BY FAULTY COOLING FAN. They explained to me although they see some scratches on the bottom of the car, it’s NOTHING TO CAUSE ANY DEBILITATING DAMAGE TO THE CAR. THEY REPLACED THE FAN ONLY AND DID NOT TOUCH THE RADIATOR AND THE CAR IS WORKING FINE! IN SHORT, RUSNAK TRIED TO SCAM ME! Rusnak’s sales and service department were rude, unprofessional, and attempted to defraud me by lying. Please run away when you can

I called the Parts Department at Rusnak because my father has been having an issue with his car. Every other dealership we contacted either didn’t get back to us or wasn’t very friendly, so we were pleasantly surprised by the helpful service we received with Rusnak! They were very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and didn’t make us feel like we were going to be over paying. I’m very glad we decided to call this location, despite all of the frustrations we were having elsewhere.
Overall, excellent service! I would recommend them to anyone.

Thank God for Courtney! Took my in laws Ghibli in for service and she handled it in two days, called me multiple times daily, and delivered my car on time. Never had an experience here this seamless. Thank you, Rusnak, for finallystepping your game up and getting my in laws off my back!
