RASH Studio provides architectural design, drafting, planning and entitlements clearance services for residential and commercial projects; anything from additions, remodels, conversions, legalization, energy calculations, design-to-sell and tenant improvements to new construction, subdivisions, LEED projects, adaptive reuse and various developments. We are closely associated with surveyors and engineering consultants to safeguard a smooth project delivery process.
In addition, we are experienced in developing designs for international projects such as highrise buildings, casino, hotels and resorts.
History
Established in 2001.
Our design team started out in 2001 doing mostly residential work. In recent years we have started to work on commercial, industrial and international design projects.
