Ramiro and Erica were fantastic agents. From the start they made the process of selling my condo as simple and smooth as possible. The photos and posting of my condo were gorgeous. They constantly communicated with me during the process and even helped take care of some extra tasks since I was selling while already relocated to another state. My husband and I liked Ramiro and Erica from our very first meeting. They were sweet, knowledgeable and what got our attention the most was their marketing strategy… they clearly and very professionally presented how they would market our Pasadena home… everything from aggressively informing the local real estate agents, to direct mail advertising, to a youtube video with a drone fly-​over, to advertising on key sites targeting overseas buyers, to being willing to bring in one of the best photographers to make our photos pop. Erica also offered excellent input as to how to inexpensively adjust some features in our home and backyard to make it pop. Then it came time to discuss the price at which to list the home… The agent we were working with previously didn’t believe we could sell our house for the price tag we wanted to list our home at, wanting to list for over $ 100K less. Ramiro was honest about his price point recommendation yet was willing to be aggressive in marketing the house for the price we felt comfortable listing it for. We ultimately got our asking price, making it a record sale in our neighborhood (bringing in the highest price tag of any home in the history of Daisy Villa). Thank you Ramiro and Erica!

Ramiro came to look at a property my husband and I invested in for rehab and resell. Before I even signed the listing agreement with Ramiro, he’d already put in so much effort on the house we were selling, including going to the county records office to find out its architectural significance! Now that’s someone who cares about homes. He was very passionate about the property my husband and I were rehabbing which was a mid century modern. Once the property was on the market Ramiro got us offers very quickly. He was super easy to work with. Plus he puts everything in Docusign which is way easier than dealing with printing out and scanning or faxing (who faxes anymore??). So I highly recommend these guys.
