It must have been fate that I came across the dynamic Duo Joey and Maria. They came highly recommended by a close and trusted friend as I was contemplating selling my home. I called her on a Friday night and schedule an appointment to see her the next day. They won me over with their professionalism, attention to detail and warm, personable personalities. They prepared me to get my house on the market and were always available for any questions I had. They were always just a text, email or phone call away and responded very quickly. Due to their diligence and knowledge of the market my house got an offer even before the first open house and by the first weekend we received multiple offers. I cannot say enough about how great it was working with them and look forward to having them help me buy another home!

I don’t usually take the time to write Unilocal reviews. I mean, what you had for lunch isn’t really that serious. But selling a home is, and when someone goes above and beyond for you how could you not write a review! Joey Medrano did just that, go above and beyond. I’m not a very organized person and I’m deathly allergic to any kind of paper work. Joey Medrano not only took the time to help me understand everything involved but he also made it as painless as possible. Mr. Medrano was very knowledgeable and seemed to have a natural propensity for anything real estate related. I would recommend Joey Medrano to any of my friends or family in a heart beat.

For starters, he’s daring: Let’s say you’re trying to view a house:
A 300 lb shirtless tenant with tattoos, a beer, and a mean mug is staring you down? No worries. He’ll ask to see his bedroom without any qualms. Dogs barking? He’ll calm them down with a soothing Spanish acapella song. Black widow spider den at the front door? He’ll punch each individual spider before you even have to step on the front porch.
He goes the extra mile to meet you at properties you’re interested in. Literally, they might be an extra mile away because there are two different streets in Costa Mesa called «Capitol». He’ll put in the effort to help you find the perfect place.
He knows his stuff, and will give you his honest opinion without just trying to sell you something you don’t want. Would definitely recommend!
Also, you’ll never get bored seeing what kind of car he drives up in! How many different cars does this guy own??? Does anyone know?

Joey and Frank helped me to buy a house in west covina 1 month ago. The whole process they taught me step by step, a lot of knowledge. Joey and Frank r very professional. A lot of documents i just signed through fax or online, save time. It was my first time buying a house, but i didn’t feel like a cattle being led by nose. They gave me suggestions, but they would respect my final decision. They helped me gain more concessions from seller. For example termite, home repair, reduce price after appraisal, save $$$$$. Some agents in order to complete the transaction, they may not mention these requirements. I suggest use their partners, such as escrow and lender are very good. After– sale service is also very gratifying, all my family are thankful. Joey and Frank are trustworthy from bottom of my heart.

I seriously appreciate all that Joe has done, and I’m glad that he was up for the task!
