Business Owner
After completing the Le Cordon Bleu program at the Culinary Institute, Robert honed his skills at top-rated eateries including Joachim Splichal’s flagship restaurant Patina. Robert continued to expand his culinary vision while working as the head chef at Wabi Sabi in Venice and Siena Ristorante in Old Town Pasadena. Robert’s enthusiasm and talent for serving high quality food have generated a loyal following, which motivates him even further and for which he is forever grateful.
With his new and exciting venture, Robert looks forward to bringing innovative yet affordable cooking to his friends in Pasadena and beyond.
