The word that best expresses this company is Excellence. Their attention to detail from start to finish is the best. Their customer service can’t be beat. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. I especially appreciated that they asked about my large bird and his reaction to chemicals before they started work. I also have indoor cats and they made sure to keep an eye on the door cause I was worried they might make a run for it, LOL.

I made an appointment to have my sofas cleaned. At that time they gave me an estimate based on sofa size but said they couldn’t confirm until they saw the sofas in person — I worried what the potential difference might be. When they arrived, they confirmed that the estimate they gave me was correct. They asked what material the sofas were made of and told me upfront that their cleaning might not get all of the stain out. They did one arm just to see, and then advised me, since the sofas were inexpensive fro IKEA to consider the value of cleaning vs. investing in a new sofa. I decided to not do the cleaning and they didn’t charge me anything for the visit or cleaning the arm of the sofa. This company is honest, fair, and has integrity.

Called and they came out the next day. My carpet looks new and everyone is asking who did such a great job. I am really really pleased. I had Sears clean my carpet six months ago and the stains came back the next week. Can’t say enough good things about how great my carpet looks after after Nations Best did their thing

I called on Wednesday night at 645pm and booked an appointment for Friday morning at 8am. They arrived promptly and gave me a quote and got started immediately. They cleaned 3 carpeted rooms and a couch and finished by 10am. They even threw in a bottle of carpet cleaner for spot cleaning. Very professional and honest. If you use them 4 times, the 5^th time is free. We have two young children and a dog and like to keep our house very tidy (a steep uphill battle). Needless to say I’ll be calling them again soon!

The guys came out last Monday to clean the carpets in the two bedrooms of our new condo in Monterey Hills and did a great job. They arrived on time and were able to do everything in 30 minutes. The carpets look great. I’ll highly recommend them.

These guys came out on a Saturday… put up with a difficult management company that would not let them park close to our unit… moved to the street, paid for their parking and then spent the next hour + slaving away at 50 dirty stair steps.
A little pricey ($ 200) but the guys were friendly, the job well done and their attitude excellent.

Talked to DP 3 days ago, he is an honest as it can be regarding our living room sofa, 2 arm chairs .
He told me all they can tell me is they will try the best that they can. Appointment set, Friday Ben and Danny showed up. Told me they will try their best. Magic happened, it’s cleaned.

STOP THE SEARCH! NATION’S BEST CARPET CARE OFFERS THE BEST PRICE PER SQUARE FEET. I called every carpet cleaner in the Pasadena area and Nation’s Best offered the best quote.
The house I rent has white carpets that haven’t been cleaned… perhaps…ever. Completely disgusted by the fact that I couldn’t walk around barefoot without my feet turning black, I decided to have the carpets cleaned. I called around the entire Pasadena/​greater LA area to get the best quote, and Nation’s Best Carpet Care offered the best price per square foot.
They are very flexible and accommodating and helped me understand easy ways to keep my carpets clean. For example, the air duct/​filter in my house is clogged. keeping that clean will help me keep my carpets clean as well. The technician went even as far as telling me which brand/​size filter to get to save but also get the best quality for my money.
My townhouse is approximately 1300 sq. ft. and they were able to clean the place within an hour. They move small/​medium sized furniture with the exception of electronics. They are not able to move beds however, which is understandable.
I wish I could show you just how dirty my carpets were prior to the cleaning, but they look amazing! Although they do not look 100% brand new, the carpet is white after all and, as I mentioned, I don’t think they had ever bean cleaned before. With that being said, they did an exceptional job. I highly recommend Nation’s Best Carpet Care. They are very professional and get the job done.

I can’t speak highly enough of Nation’s Best! I was certain that there was no possible way that my fourth floor, interior access condo would ever be able to be cleaned by a truck mounted machine. (Which I desperately needed due to my beloved old man dog using my wall to wall carpet as his personal porta potty). Thankfully they were able to find a creative solution, even stopping by the day before my appointment to help problem solve. They showed up right on time and were absolutely wonderful. Called them on Thursday to clean an area rug, sectional and 2 sets of carpeted stairs, as soon as possible. They were very friendly on the phone and were able to arrange an appointment to clean on Saturday (I think they had availability on Friday and I wasn’t available). I asked that they call ahead of time to let me know that they were on their way. They said they would arrive during a 2 hour window.
On Saturday, they called during the window and profusely apologized for not calling 30 minutes ahead of time (I didn’t expect 30 minutes, just a few minutes, so that was fine with me).
The rug, stairs and sectional look fantastic. There was a lot of foot traffic on the stairs and area rug and they were able to make the items look new.
Very pleased and would definitely use again.

DP and Sam showed up on time, exactly as promised, confirmed his fair price, as promised, and cleaned my carpet to perfection, as promised. No small feat, because it hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years.
He says his truck-​mounted system has 45 horsepower, enough to suck every molecule of crud out of your uncooperative carpet. No doubt!

I was searching for a carpet cleaner and stumbled upon Nation’s Best Carpet Care. All these 5 star reviews and thought I would give them a try.
I spoke with DP and he took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. He gave me an estimate on the phone and told me that the actual cost would be given to me when he had his people measure the floor on appointment day. So I called a few other companies, but decided to give these guys a try based on friendless and reasonable cost. I called Tuesday and scheduled the appointment for Saturday between 12 – 2 pm.
Ben and Andy came on time and the estimate was only $ 1 off which was great! Ben was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ben told me before they started that some stains could not be removed because of how long the stains have been there but they would try there best.
They did a great job and I highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs. They also can clean a lot of other items!

I highly recommend using Nation’s Best. DP was extremely efficient and clearly cares and knows what he is doing when it comes to carpet cleaning. I appreciated his suggestions to better improve the carpet i.e. how to clean up spills and keep the carpets cleaner longer by changing the AC air filters. He called me 30 minutes in advance and then was there right when he said he would be. The cost seemed reasonable to me and honestly, you can’t put a price on punctuality and kindness when someone is entering your home.

When choosing a service company on Unilocal,I sort highest to lowest rated and then I look for the number of contributors that support that rating. In other words I weigh more heavily a company, like Nation’s Best Carpet Care because their overall five– star rating is based on 107 contributors instead of 10 for instance. Other criteria that help me decide are price, response time and follow up, expertise, success in delivering the service and reliability.
After reading their reviews, and receiving a quote, I selected Nation’s Best Carpet Care (NBCC). I was not disappointed. And my selection was important because I had the return of an $ 8000 security deposit hanging in the balance. Although I had been careful with the all-​cream colored carpet, 18 months later it required a deep clean and the removal of some stains. The worst was a terrific rust stain, the spotting of which covered a space approximately 36 by 24 inches.
Price
In terms of price, NBCC was competitive, not the cheapest, not the most expensive, however what this company and its employees deliver is something I don’t always see these days and that’s VALUE. Let me explain.
Response Time and Follow Up
Yes, they were prompt in returning my call. While all their employees are likely competent, I worked almost exclusively with DP who was extraordinary in this regard. Calls were returned in less than 24 hours and sometimes immediately. He was flexible in scheduling the job around my schedule. He and his associate came four times to my home and each time they were exactly on time or early.
Expertise
DP went the extra mile in this regard. While many service providers are knowledgeable, not all take the time to communicate what they are doing, why and the implications of their process. In reviewing the rust stain, which was my most serious concern, DP was honest, saying he was not sure they would be able to get it out (rust is one of the most difficult stains to remove). He explained why this was and what they would do to secure the best rate of success. Because I shared that the home was a rental and the return of my security deposit was a priority, DP, again, took the time to provide me with perspective on rental properties and his experience with jobs of this type which was incredibly helpful to me as a first time renter.
Success in Delivering Service
As a result of their efforts, the rust stain came out as well as more minor stains such as ground in dirt, coffee and soda. The carpets looked like new: fresh, clean and without defect. There was a line on the carpet in one room, the result of a carpet chair mat, that was not eliminated however.
Reliability
I called DP the next day to explain how troubled I was by this. He shared the ‘guarantee of satisfaction’ which NBCC provides and that he would be over immediately to attempt to remedy the situation. The timing surprised me as much as the guarantee – it was approaching close of business and yet he and his associate were there within the hour. Not only did he work on the area in question but without my asking he took another pass at the rust stain, the pattern of which you could still be faintly seen. Results on both were outstanding and while I can’t say the nearly ‘perfect’ state of our carpets was the sole reason for the complete return of my security deposit, it played a very significant part.
As a result of the superior efforts and stunning results delivered by NBCC, my landlady, a broker with a major realty company, asked who cleaned the carpets because she intended not only to recommend them exclusively in the future but to use them herself on a home project!
I cannot more highly endorse this fine company for all your carpet cleaning needs. And for anyone moving out of a rental, you know how stressful this period can be. Not only did DP and NBCC do a spectacular job but their actions throughout made me feel it was their carpet and their security deposit at risk which, in my opinion, is rare these days.

When I moved into my new place two years ago, the carpet was an ugly grayish color and had lots of dark stains. I called Nation’s Best, and they did a thorough clean and I was amazed to see that my «gray» carpet was actually off-​white. They also got rid of the smell from the previous tenants’ pets.
After a year, my carpet started to look gross again, so I called Nation’s Best because they did such a good job the first time. The second time around, they did just as good of a job.
Not only does the company do quality work, but they have great customer service. They are easy to get a hold of, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company, and I would call them again.
