History

Established in 2010.

Our story begins one day when my brother attended a wedding in Pasadena, CA. The couple booked a photo booth (that was super fun by the way), but lacked something. We noticed how people were having fun, but were constricted to feeling as if they were taking their 8th grade portrait, while everyone’s eyes were on them (wedding guests waiting in line for their photos). That’s where a simple need sparked a thought that was put into action and Mojo Photo booth Pasadena was born. The point of our booth was to ‘fix’ that small, yet very important factor. Our booth provides the freedom to move around, stand up– or sit down inside the booth. To have the privacy and act as silly as you want. We and everyone that experiences our booth loves the novelty and the freedom it inspires. From children, to seniors, to people bound to a wheel chair can go in there and take atvantage of the space it provides! We have worked very hard to perfect the booth, costumer service and the overall experience.

Meet the Business Owner

Marroquin Brothers M.

Business Owner

We are 3 brothers chasing the american dream! The american dream was always to own your home with a white picket fence and an 8 to 5 job with 1.5 kids and a dog! :) Well, that dream has shifted. Today many more people want to own their own business and put their entrepreneur foot print forward and in front of their community. That is indeed our intention. Our story is really unique and one that shocks many people when we tell it. We moved to the U.S. a little over 25 years ago. Our dad was working here attempting to create a new life for him and his 6 children. Our mom past away in Guatemala City leaving behind kids between 2 and 16 years of age. My dad, as if taken out of a movie, bought a scratch lottery ticket for $ 2 and was blessed to win $ 15,000 that he used to bring us all here. We thank my dad every day for everything he sacrificed for us to grow up, attend college and become respected people in our community. For that reason we dedicate this business and this story to him!
