Eco Cleaning

I was looking to find an eco-​conscious cleaning company. So when I saw ecocleaningla’s website that promised that all products used were Green Seal, I scheduled an appointment online for the following day between 8 – 9:30am. I received a phone call within 10 minutes confirming the appointment and the agreed price for 2 hours. They said they would send 2 people to clean the apartment in 1hour. Great!
The cleaners arrived right before 9:30am. Still on time. It was a friendly husband and wife and what I told them I wanted done (cleaning small kitchen, and bathroom, dust and vacuum) they said it would take them both 1.5– 2 hours. I told them I only agreed to 2 hours total for 1 person, so 1 hour for 2 people.
They agreed and went to get their cleaning products. When they came back I just verified that they were using Green Seal products and they said no, that they don’t have the Green Seal products because they were not provided for them. Excuse me, what?
THE NAME OF YOUR COMPANY IS ECO CLEANING!!! How can you call yourself an eco-​cleaning company and not use the eco-​cleaning products that your WEBSITE GUARANTEES.
I was and still am furious. I felt like I was duped. I had to take 3 hours off of work to stay home for them to clean my apartment.
I called the office and they apologized that they didn’t have the right products and I can cancel the appointment if I would like. I can’t cancel my appointment. I need my apartment cleaned. They offered 50%off. I took it, but that’s not good enough. If your company promises to be an eco-​cleaning company– you better well be an eco-​cleaning company.
I feel bad for the couple cleaning my apartment, but it’s not their fault. I will NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN!!!
FRAUD!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!

I cannot vouch for the cleaning as I never even got that far. I was moving out of my apartment and scheduled two have two people come clean my apartment. I even called the day of the scheduled cleaning to verify the appointment. NO ONE SHOWED UP. What is even more upsetting is that I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails. They were clearly ignoring me. I couldn’t believe they didn’t even give a courtesy call. Story short, if you don’t want your place cleaned use this company.

I couldn’t be happier with Eco Cleaning. I have been very pleased with the service I have been getting. I really like the people, they do an excellent job and they work hard when they are here. On one occasion when I forgot they were coming … and clearly wasn’t ready for them … they said «no problem» just schedule for when it is convenient. I appreciated their consideration. If you want a good job done call Eco Cleaning.

I could not be more pleased with my Eco Cleaning team, and the work they do in my home. They have always shown up on time, and ready to tackle any task asked of them. When they’re finished, my home in renewed.
I’ve had other cleaning services, and feel Eco surpassed them all.
The team cleaning my home always makes sure I’m happy before they go.
They even suggest my calling them back if I find anything that they haven’t done to my satisfaction. Can’t beat that attitude.

This is without a doubt the worst cleaning experience I have ever had. I called yesterday to schedule maid service for my apartment. I was told it would be $ 87 for 1.5 hours with two cleaners, and they could come the next day. I thought, great! This morning, three people showed up, and in one hour barely cleaned half of the apartment. The areas that they did «clean» were only partially cleaned. The floors are still dirty and there is dust everywhere. As soon as one hour expired, the cleaners stopped working. I spoke with the manager on the phone who said they were going to leave and I would not be charged. I can’t ask for my money back because I didn’t pay anything, but the company did not deliver on its service. I would happily pay the amount I originally agreed if they actually completed the cleaning. In the past, other cleaning services have cleaned the apartment spotless in 1.5 hours with two people.
