I was mentored by a master knife sharpener, Bob Kattenburg, in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bob taught me everything he knows over a period of time and he taught me well. As a result, I guarantee my work, which produces a razor-sharp edge on all of your kitchen knives. Japanese, German, serrated as well, Sontoku, American, Swiss, etc. I will teach you how to maintain the razor-sharp that I will give your knife’s edge. I also sharpen scissors, including pinking shears, blender and food processor blades, garden tools, cuticle nippers, tweezers and more.
