I couldnt be happier with Jim Krause and his team. Their rates are better than any other insurance agency I got quoted from, they handle all claims in a quick and professional manner with as minimal work required from myself as possible. They have easy automatic bill pay that comes out of my account each month so i will always have my bill paid on time. On top of all that they add a personal touch by sending greeting cards for special occasions birthdays, holdiays, etc hand written by Jim himself. I I would highly reccomend them to everyone.
