Dr Davolio is a very good doctor but the front staff is just the worst. Incompetent and apathetic and an obstacle to everything. The billing dep isn’t much better. I couldn’t take it anymore after many years there and left.

This is one of the worst group of doctors. Do not believe what you read on their web site.
The staff have significant bad, bad horrible and rude attitude. They are all Mexican and extremely unprofessional. The manager (s) do a very poor job of managing the staff. The flash drive of the personal information of all the patients was stolen. The doctors are unprofessional as well. I was a patient for 25 years but I had just about enough of them. Do not use this office, they are better doctors in Pasadena. Do your search and do not believe the positive comments.
So you know, they change manager every year!!! Is this a good sign???

I don’t like doctors. I avoid them. However, Dr. DaVolio is an exception. She does a thorough and professional job. He does just the right amount of friendly nudging over health issues I ignore. When a procedure needs to be done, she is informative and gentle. Excellent.

I was a loyal patient for over ten years. I had to pay my $ 150 bill in $ 50 monthly installments because I had financial problems. So I sent in $ 50 and the doctor cashed the check and turned my account over to collections. This doctor is just plain GREEDY.
