Never got a chance to sample his services. Ross cancelled our appointment and told me to find another service provider when I asked him to arrive as early as possible in his 10 – 10:30 am window. I had a scheduling problem, but he definitely has an attitude problem. So much for being considerate of a customer’s time!

We have been using Heaven’s Best in Pasadena for 6 years and have been supremely satisfied with their work. I like that it is a family owned and operated business, so the same cleaner comes every time and does great work. I also like that the products they use are environmentally friendly and smell great. Best carpet and upholstery cleaners we’ve ever had.
