Established in 2001.

Robert Harman has been a workers compensation attorney since 1998. He started his out as a defense attorney working for the insurance companies. Later he decided to use his knowlege of defense work to help injured workers in their battle to get workers compensation benefits so in 2001 he left the defense side and opened his own law office. Because he started out as a defense attorney he generally knows what the defense is going to do even before they do. Since 2001 he has obtained awards or settlements for his clients in 97% of all cases he has handled.
