Ms. Blum’s civil litigation experience includes handling complex civil litigation suits, successfully defending subcontractors in construction defect actions and pursuing devastating personal injury claims, working to further expand areas of law for injured plaintiffs. Ms. Blum also has experience in landlord tenant law, family law, and an extensive background in criminal law, successfully defending multiple felony white collar cases, and a wide variety of misdemeanor cases, including weapons charges, hit and runs, and DUIs.

Ms. Blum graduated from Western State University College of Law magna cum laude, fourth in her class. While in law school, Ms. Blum was a member of Dean’s Circle, colloquia fellow, senior symposium editor of her school’s Law Review, and research assistant for faculty Law Review articles. Ms. Blum spent two years as a certified law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in the Hard Core Gang Division.
