We are one of the oldest and most established law firms in Los Angeles that specializes in representing people against insurance companies and powerful interests that have caused you harm. For over 4 decades we have leveled the playing field for those in need of legal assistance and we proudly serve the working women and men throughout this State and have the resources, talent and skill that enable us to do so. As a member of the Board of Directors for Loyola Law School as well as the Board of Directors for the Consumer Attorneys of California – an elected position – Ernest Algorri also serves the community on matters of public safety and legal education.

Partners Ernie and Mark Algorri were both inspired at an early age to advocate on behalf of women, men and working families who need justice when they have been harmed by careless wrongdoers with their insurance company lawyers. Our team of attorneys and dedicated staff consist of first rate legal talent that is motivated by the same sense of right and wrong and of working long hours and weekends to get the job done. I called to speak to a attorney. The receptionist answered advised I would need to explain my case to her and she would then route me to someone. I explained my situation. I felt odd that I had to explain certain terms since this is a law firm that I got referred to online for issues with auto insurance companies. After I explained the case she informs me she will transfer me to a voice mail of attorney and to leave her a message with all the details of the case. Okay this was a waste of time, why did I spend time explaining the case to a non attorney to only be asked to explain it all over again to a attorney’s voice mail to see if they could handle my case. I advise the reception thank you but not feeling any confidence w the office set up. I expected a more knowledgeable and professional person not someone straight out of high school.

Called this firm to get a consultation. As soon as someone picked up, they put me on hold. Then they came back and said hello and immediately put me on hold again. Not the best first impression. After telling the person who picked up the phone what I wanted to speak to them about, I was transferred to one of the lawyer’s voicemail to leave another message explaining the situation. That was about 3 weeks ago… I have not received a phone call back. I have spoken to other lawyer offices who have had much better customer service and have gotten back to me in a timely manner. Based solely on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
