this is a great alternative to the catalina station post office. pretty place, but sometimes a little disorganized or slow. but even so, often better than the post office.

I receive on average 4 – 5 packages per week here and upwards of a dozen some weeks because my apartment location has been known to have people walk off with my packages that the USPS are too lazy to bring up to my door on the 3rd floor… They ALWAYS text me or my roommate when the packages arrive and keep them safe. Being just down the street its absolutely worth it for me in my situation, they are always so nice, and rarely have more than 1 customer before me. Awesome!

Charged me $ 7.50 for a used box and then $ 50 to ship UPS. UPS website quoted the exact same package at $ 42.
Charged $ 1.75 per $ 100 for insurance when UPS actually charges $ 0.90 per $ 100
Extraordinarily slow service too. Will not be going back!

I come here ALL the time to get personalized service because the lady owner & the older gentlemen help me in adding up my stamps to carry out my chances of being marketed properly.
Everytime I come in here I literally am so thankful that I can afford to pay for my mail and not go through the hassle of the regular post office. I feel like I am always making progress every time they see me.
She helps me add up the stamps that I do bring and so the difference, I pay in cash with whatever I have.
Literally, their patience and service mean a lot to me during this day and age.

I’ve been doing business here for about two years. I’m extremely happy with the service and responsiveness of the staff. They are courteous and always go above and beyond. They offer many services aside from package and mail. Many assistant and delivery services. I’ll be here for a while :)

Great customer service. I’ve used them for UPS drop-​off over the years but have recently started using and recommending their shipping services. Especially since they just became an authorized USPS shipper. And even more especially since the Post Office right around the corner is rumored to be closing its doors as of December 31st. Forget standing in line at the Post Office, particularly this time of year! Linda will handle all of your shipping needs. She’s been in business in Pasadena for almost 30 years. She is pleasant, informative, and easy to work with and will go the extra mile to make sure your parcels arrive safe and sound and in good time.

The people here are great. Linda has stayed open late for when I needed a package processed and ready to ship. And she makes sure any package shipped has been received.
They might be a little more expensive than a chain mail/​shipping store. But not when compared to other independent stores.
The customer service is what keeps me coming back and doing my business here.

I would like to rave about this place but I cannot. They are friendly up to the point where they get your business. After they have you as a customer for a while their «real» soul comes through.
I’m always in a rush when I go and pick up or deliver packages there. The lady who runs the place there was very warm and honey silk over the phone with me in order to acquire my business, and then one day she yelled at me because I interrupted her in the middle of a conversation with someone on the phone. Actually, I didn’t interrupt HER, I was talking to her assistant asking him about a certified mail issue and she interrupted her OWN conversation to yell at me to give me the answer to my question.
Smooth move.
WIsh I didn’t have to use their services.

Have had a box with them for years. When they moved, I moved with them. There isn’t anything that the owner Linda won’t offer to help out with. From making sure to deposit a check that had come in for me while i was out of town to having her sons come out and help me move. I can’t remember exactly, but i know they have been around for over 20 years in Pasadena.

Post & Package has the charm of a small town family owned business, but has what it takes for the hustle and bustle of the big city. I have been with P&P for 3 years; two years for business and now a year for personal, and P&P has gone the extra mile for me on many occasions! They actually saved one of my events when one of the «big-​boy» shipping and packaging companies dropped the ball. If you’re looking for a smart low cost investment and want to be sure your business will be taken care of, Post & Package on Green Street in Pasadena is the way to go!

Amazing customer service. Friendly, outgoing, great pricing and services, and will go the extra 10 miles to assist you in your packaging needs — they’ll even bring your package to the curb if you can’t make it inside! You can’t beat that. Plus, it’s more than just «the package place.» They perform floral arranging, and other services. The personalized attention make all the difference. Linda, the owner, is a wonderful person. Other mail box services in the area do not have the same high-​level customer service as Post & Package.
