Went in for a cranial sacral therapy a few months ago. The studio is very cozy, clean, and calming. Evelyn was very knowledgeable and caring. Walked in with pain and anxiety but walked out with the most «loved» and positive energy. Best feeling ever.

I’ve never done Pilates before and Evelyn was wonderful and so great at explaining all the benefits of each move, how to think about things differently to achieve results and motivation to keep going. The studio is great, very intimate but lots of things to try to keep the variety going all the time.
I’ve had so much fun coming here and working with Evelyn, I’m hooked!

I love going to Evelyn’s pilates/yoga mat class! She always has different combinations of routine to best suit each student’s needs. Her love and care toward her students is always inspiring.
My flexibility increases and I am more aware of my body postures and my breath techniques. I am very fortune to have someone like Evelyn working with me and motivate me to exercises and maintain my physical and mental balances.
My sister and I also take her semi– pilates lesson on the reformers. She always makes sure we have achieved the appropriate results in each step. The sessions are fun and very rewarding.
For those who are interested in getting more personal attention regarding your health and body movement/postures, you should definitely try Essence of Motion!

This place is amazing and I can’t imagine taking a Pilates class anywhere else. Evelyn and Florence are very dedicated instructors that work one on one with me. They monitor my form which prevents injury, and work at my level of strength and flexibility. I also like how during the private session they combine mat exercise, the reformer, tower exercises, and stretching all in one hour. Other studios don’t do that, you would have to take separate classes.
Since I started, my stomach is now defined and flat. I leave each class feeling relaxed and like I really had a good workout. I recommend everyone who is interested in Pilates to come to this studio.
