My husband was nauseated, losing weight and was diagnosed with pancreatitis. We went to see Dr. Edelman as his symptoms did not improve over several months. I have never met such an arrogant, rude, and unprofessional doctor in my life. He basically said there was no pancreatitis and that my husband was fine. We waited over 30 min to see him for a 1 min evaluation that was wrong. I wanted to ask for my 20 dollar copay back. If you want a doctor that cares stay away. Luckily we saw Dr. Simon Lo pancreas specialist at Cedars who actually knows what he is doing and now my husband is cAred for. I would much rather drive twice as far and wait twice as long bc Dr. Lo is a expert in his field plus a true caring Doctor– stay away from Edelman you have been warned!!!

I regretfully have to inform that Dr. Edelman has not been very compassionate to me. In fact, rushed and rude. At one point he told me that he could not give me a «new colon» ! Yes, I do agree he’s excellent with procedures but manner wise as explaining and taking his time in explaining issues I have to give him 1 star. I am a cancer survivor and I don’t need this type of treatment.

Quite simply, Doctor Edelman saved my life. He listened to my symptoms and ordered the proper tests to come up with a proper diagnosis. He was professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Doctor Edelman is a consummate professional. Having been to many other gasteroenterologists, none of them could hold a candle to his skillset. While their office is very busy, he is worth waiting for an appointment.

Dr. Edelman is a kind professional who knows his stuff! Many gastroenterologists can be condenscending and rude. You won’t get that type of treatment from Dr. Edelman. I traveled out of my area just to see him. I would do it again in a heartbeat if I needed to do so. Thank you Dr. Edelman!
