Established in 1978.

Binder & Associates was started in 1978 in Covena and moved to Pasadena in 1979. We have been at our current location on South Lake Avenue for almost 20 years. The firm presently has 3 litigation attorneys and support staff. Members of the firm hold numerous awards such Top Attorney (Pasadena Magazine) and Super Lawyer (named by Los Angeles Magazine) Two of our lawyers have had the rare privilege of being admitted to argue before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Richard (or Rich) was admitted to practice in California in 1973. He has represented unions, banking institutions, insurance companies, developers and most importantly, the average individual injured because someone else was careless. He has been voted Top Attorney and Super Lawyer by his peers numerous times and is a member of Who’s Who. Rich has tried numerous cases, litigated thousands of cases and has acted as a mediator and moot court judge. His motto is «experiance counts.»
