Don’t we all want our own private At&t store? That’s what it felt like at this location because its so new that no one knows its here. So the cat’s out of the bag…
Stopped by on a Monday because I was trying to reactivate the teens’ phones (oh yeah, mama was mad and grounded them to flip phones. In the long run, I think I suffered more than them). Anyway, I had stopped by another At&t and they were out of Sim cards. Seriously. So they told me to go to Pasadena, but warned me that the one on Colorado is pretty busy. Checked Unilocal and saw this location and decided to give it a try.
Located on Lake by Macy’s. Although you can park underneath, I grabbed a spot on Lake (you can only park an hour and you have to pay).
Walked in and found 3, YES THREE, available agents AND I was the only person in there. AWESOME. Kathy helped me out and was friendly and efficient. Further, I upgraded one of the phones on my plan since everything was going so smooth.
Would go back, but now I fear that it’ll get busy.

This is a new location. The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone I go in there I’m immediately greeted with smiles.

Such a gem! Nobody knows the store exists yet so its one of Pasadena’s best kept secrets! I got the pleasure to work with each rep on duty they were so delightful. A woman my age doesn’t know what the hecky to do with phones and these dang teens never want to stop and help so you can imagine how pleased I was when they were so willing to help. I still can’t reiterate how amazing they were. Definitely would recommend!

This store just opened, so it has no wait time!
There is also free parking in the trader joe’s and macy’s parking lot, which makes it super easy to access.
I bought my dad’s new phone here, and the staff was good.
