These guys are brutal. They dial for dollars, seemingly targeting financial services professionals in NYC, with the same line that they will be in our building and want a meeting. Problem is they have maybe 20 – 50 pods of independent teams, and multiple people in my firm have been called by multiple different teams. If you are smart enough not to need them to charge you 1% to put your money in index funds, then they move on and try to charge you for expensive insurance products.
