History
Established in 2013.
Pure started as an elemental concept for contemporary American cuisine with multicultural inspirations. Local craft farms influence the character of the menus, bringing the finest and freshest ingredients from the kitchen to the table. Our cocktail lounge, enlivened by feng shui design, allows our guests to enjoy the Pure experience in a balanced and relaxed atmosphere. Banquet facilities and off premise catering are available for your private events. Each party is custom created, catered towards your corporate or social needs.

Manager
Former owner of Mountain Lakes Market, Lakeside Café, Fresco di Mano Caterers and Mike’s Fairfield Deli, joins Pure Restaurant & Lounge as Executive Chef. After honing his experience in multicultural cuisines, Michael began his inspirational creations among the top chefs in the world. He has worked with many celebrity chefs and won several awards for outstanding achievements in culinary excellence. «Taking on this new roll is so exciting for me», says Schmitt. «Working with such an impressive staff to bring my backyard the freshest in fine dining North Jersey has seen in a long long time.»
