Empire Limousine

Don’t use them. They quoted me $ 235 for a round trip and then tried to jack it up to $ 340 on other «fees» and tax. The driver took the longest rout possible and when I pointed out he refused to correct the direction. Of course we went over the time and the dispatcher was rude. DO NOT USE THEM!

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! This limousine service is horrible! My wedding pick up and drop off was the worse experience of my life. Once the driver arrived he was wearing a hat and jeans. What limousine drivers wears that for a bridal party venue??? So un professional!!! They don’t even have a legitimate office in Parsippany where you can look at the limousine, they just tell you look at our website and that’s the limousine. They don’t have pictures of the inside or nothing, just one exterior frontal picture. The driver had an attitude all the time and looked miserable and granted we did have a 10 passenger limo my brother was not able to ride in the limo because that would be over the 10 people. He had to driver all the way to our venue. I know that limousine companies can overlook that for one person but this guy was a complete ***hole. When we arrived at the venue, they said that they had the wrong credit card on file and they called my husband while he was waiting for me for the first glance photo shoot and they said to provide them again with the credit card info or to ask someone to give them cash. What!!! we are in the middle of a photo shoot and now your asking for this??? we had provided them with a credit card a week before so they can charge it right away. Just so happened that they never charged it and when they did was when the bridal party was dropped off. That’s when they realized they had the wrong information. They do not know what they are doing over there. Don’t let them ruin your wedding day please.

Had good experience with them driving was very smooth and driver was on time looking forward to use it again … :)

I had a great experience with American Empire. My car was stuck in the shop and my mother needed to get to the airport. I found them on Google, called, got a fair price and they could do it at 4:45 am the next morning. They called later that evening to confirm which made me feel better because in the meantime I had come on Unilocal!and saw the reviews here and was nervous.
Called my mother at the 4:45 pickup time to ensure she got picked up and sure enough she had and they arrived 15 minutes early. I spoke to her later after she arrived at her destination and she said everything was great.
After the other reviews I may seem like a shill but I have no connection other than this one transaction with them. I would use them again if I had a need for a car in NJ.

Don’t use them! They double charged my boyfriend and then would not respond afterwards.

This is a low life company and uses unethical business practices. They like to sit on their computer all day spam other peoples listings with their own. If they can’t get business on their own or afford real advertising why use them? Plus its funny all their reviews seem to be written in the same way with improper grammar usage and choppy English. There are better companies to use in the area and they don’t post spam all over the place.
