I just called to get a little bit of information about their transportation services for my dad. I wish I had read these reviews first and saved me dealing with the receptionist. She refused to answer even basic questions about services they provide without getting my dads full name, address and phone number. I didn’t give it to her because seniors get pestered enough without giving out that information. So then she refused to give me any information and ended the call.

I was just leaving a business that is in the same strip mall as «To the Rescue». I turned south behind a «To the Rescue» bus driven by a grey haired man with a beard. He illegally crossed the median on Parker Rd., made a U-Turn at Main and Parker Road that is posted «Left Turn Only.».but the worst, was that the left arrow was CLEARLY RED. He was not in the intersection… in fact he was behind the limit line before he chose to make an illegal U-Turn at a red light. I would think twice before letting this company drive a family member anywhere. This occurred about 2:45pm today (5÷15÷15)

After setting up a call for service, the company wasn’t even courteous enough to call me back to tell me they couldn’t provide service. Instead, I get a call 15 minutes before the scheduled service call was to be provided to tell me they weren’t going to be there (after I called them of course). I then requested the owner return my phone call, she did not have the courtesy to do that either. The company used to be good, but as the years go by on I found I had to make several phone calls just to follow up on my initial request to get service. I would go with another service provider and avoid To the Rescue.

I used them for moving… I feel like I could have people that wanted to do a better or quicker job. It seemed like the front office was a bit disorganized as to schedule and payment/pricing. I know that they fill a lot of people’s needs with odd jobs that need to be done, just not sure I would use them again
