Not only were the gentlemen there terrific about not just verifying the issue, they even offered to let me see the problem identified by the dealer that I normally go to; they took time to try to track down the right part for me that fit my comfort level, gave me choices and educated me on each. When I went back to get my muffler work done they got it done tremendously faster than anything I have ever had done at the dealer or other shops. Fast, efficient, effective, and professional!

It’s always hard to find a reliable shop to work on your car and even some of the big name guys aren’t always reliable and honest. I had an unusual problem I wouldn’t have expected them to help with, but they went above and beyond. These guys blew me away with the work they did, the price, their speed and reliability. My vehicles have always been serviced by Midas. I had great luck with Brians store in Colorado Springs and now that I’ve moved to Denver Metro I found this shop on Pine. I’ve been there twice and totally trust my car along with my checkbook to Zac and his team.

Solid service from a staff that will keep you informed. I like being able to take a car into a shop to get service and to help prevent new problems. Zac and his team did a good job of taking care of my 2004 Chevy Avalanche and taking care of its needs. We appreciate your effort and honesty.

Last Friday morning I was getting ready to for a 500 mile road trip. I planned to leave around noon. At 10:00 am I decided to check the oil and noticed that I had no coolant. :(
It was Memorial Day weekend and Midas was busy but Zac took pity on me and squeezed me in. Turns out I just needed a new radiator cap and I was good to go. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left was about 25 minutes. I am so grateful that they took the time to check things out!
I have been here two other times and I have always been happy with the service. I will definitely be going back for repairs and oil changes!

New GM and service down the toilet. Left my car at this location for 8 hours and I had to call only to be told they wouldn’t have time to look at it (after I specifically called and asked and was told they could get to it). Thanks for the call back. Wasted my whole day. Lost my families business.

We were traveling from east to west coast and of course, the car was going to give us up in the middle… We took our car to Chris and his team after visiting four other auto shops on the way. Our biggest concern was that nobody was able to tell what was happening with the car — some said the cat was broken, others said the oil pump. Neither fix was cheap and the worst was to spend $ 1000 on the car and the problem would still be there, and we still had over a 1000 miles to go.
Chris took pity on us and took on our work as soon as he could. He had his team perform a thorough diagnose for us (about 1h30), and pin pointed the problem. He was not able to get the part for us the same day, so he referred us to other shops. When asked how much we owe him for the diagnostic, he said, I won’t charge you. You have other things to worry about. So the five star is given for his compassion, his responsiveness and his honesty. It was a great help.

Brought my car in for an oil change and new wiper blades. Service was quick and professional. They gave me a detailed report of the services preformed without making me feel pressured to purchase additional services or products. Nothing worse than leaving the service place feeling like I’m driving a death machine on wheels, ready to explode/​fall apart at any moment.
I would not hesitate to come here again.

I’ve been here several times for oil changes. Though I haven’t been here for any other car repair (knock on wood), I have been impressed with their service, speed, price, and honesty.
In October, I went in for another routine oil change ($ 20 with coupon) and mentioned that it had probably been a while since my air filter had been changed. I asked them to change it. When I returned to pick up my car, I was told that they checked my air filter and it still looked good, so there was no need to replace it yet. 5 points for honesty! Any other place would have replaced it and charged me the $ 20.
