They say they top off all fluids levels but they don’t.

Fantastic customer service! I went today on a Saturday afternoon and was done in less then 15mins and because the coupon I had didn’t really work for the service I was having done they offered me a BOGO on the new wipers I got because I’m a repeat customer. I will continue to go to this location never have had a bad experience.

Keeping good employees in this type of business is not easy. I have had a few problems here but generally a quick and easy oil change.

Hate getting oil changes. Love this location. Super fast, nice, and they have coffee and snacks in the waiting room. In and out in less than 15 mins today. Oil change success.

Great crew!!! They are always very friendly. They also don’t go overboard trying to sell you extras like some other places.

no oil change prices are listed on their site and I was told by the staff their prices were competitive. When going to pick up my car I had a coupon for $ 6.00 off after the discount I still ended up paying over $ 40.00. How competitive is that when most places after their coupon are $ 19-​$ 25. When I asked why it was so much they said because they do courtesy stuff like wash your windows (which I can do at any gas station) and they vacuum your car out (which was not done at all). But the courtesy services are free. Then how does that explain why they are more expensive. Do not go there Brakes Plus is half the price. This place is a rip off and no one has any logical reason why they are twice the price as most other places. Oh and thanks for not vacuuming my car some courtesy service you have there.

Everytime I’ve been here I have received quick and very courteous service.

After a simple oil and filter plus air filter change with these guys, a few days later the check engine light came on. I took the car to my regular mechanic at that point as I wouldn’t go to Grease Monkey for anything more than routine maintenance. They pulled the code and discovered that the vent solenoid hose had been disconnected and not reconnected. Cost me $ 95 for them to pull the code and reconnect the hose. Took the bill to Grease Monkey and they apologized and gave me credit for the same amount. So I’ve had a couple of oil changes there since then (almost a year ago). Most recently had the oil changed there a couple of weeks ago before a long road trip. Had the check engine light come on again this week. After a full year, I didn’t make the connection and since I had been on a long road trip, I had my regular mechanic check it out again. Same deal. So apparently this Grease Monkey can’t handle a simple oil change without screwing it up. I won’t be going back.

I took my car in here recently, so this review is just based off of one experience. It was a Friday afternoon and they weren’t busy. They were very conscientious in their work, and invited me into the bay to see their progress. I will definitely go back.
