My teeth were in pretty bad shape. Stained from smoking and coffee. Also many years of medication that I thought would never go away., even after braces and many years of dental hygiene. They were still stained and full of decay., which DaVinci was able to get me from an 8 – 9 to a –2. Which didn’t mean anything to me before I went. But it’s a big deal. I just had a root canal and a cleaning from at my dentist who HIGHLY recommended that I use DaVinci over their own process. I did need the desensitizing gel. I would personally recommend that you get both the gel and the maintenance kit. They explained to me why it was important., My dentist offers this at $ 500! Thanks DaVinci!

I had my teeth whitened about a month ago and they still look amazing. I had tried several different pastes and strips from the store and never finished using them because they hurt my sensitive teeth and I don’t have time to do that everyday for a week. I was happy to just get it done in an hour. I brought my headphones and just relaxed. And the tech was very sweet and knowledgeable. I did get the desensitizing gel which really works well. And I got the maintenance kit as well which has free gel! I don’t think paying for shipping and handling is too much to ask. I love my kit. It makes keeping my teeth so white easy and inexpensive. I LOVE my white smile and I would highly recommend this service.

I had my teeth whitened in October and they are still looking great. I use the home care kit that my technician recommended and they have stayed the color they were when I left after my initial whitening. My teeth are SUPER sensitive so I did opt to purchase their desensitizing treatment and was shocked to have no sensitivity during or after my session. I figured I would have to go back for touch ups, but so far I am happy with my teeth just from keeping them up at home.

This Company says they give you «free» Whitening Gel for life with purchase of their kit. They claim that you just have to pay shipping and handling. However, they send you 1 tube for $ 4.99-hardly free and the shipping costs less than 50 cents.

I had my teeth whitened on April 22^nd at the flat irons mall location. Courtney was great! I was extremely nervous after reading other reviews. She assured me everything would be just fine. She was very professional, helpful, and so caring! I have Very very sensitive teeth, she told me about the desensitizing gel and I tried it! The next day I did have a little bit of sensitivity but I used the left over desensitizing Gel and it went away!
I could not be happier with my results! I had some terrible staining and it’s gone now! I honestly didn’t think anything would remove the awful staining. Thank you so much Courtney!!!

I wanted to get my teeth whitened without paying a fortune, so purchasing a Groupon for a teeth whitening session with DaVinci (the company name itself implies «dental artistry» and «elite and professional service») seemed like a great way to get this done without taking out a second mortgage. You know, there is a REALLY good reason why they say, «you get what you pay for». My whole DaVinci teeth whitening experience was embarrassing and disappointing to say the least.
As I live in Castle Rock, initially I was planning on going to their Parker location. However, because their Parker office has such limited hours (I work fulltime) I decided at the last minute to go to their Citadel location in Colorado Springs as they have extended hours and I was in the Springs that day anyway. Well, that was my first mistake. To my dismay, I discovered that the Citadel location was not in a nice professional-​looking dental office space as implied by their ads and website, but was in a kiosk across from the Great American Cookie Company (no irony there… LOL!) in the middle of the food court, which is the busiest part of Citadel Mall. The whole setup was cheesier than a Hickory Farms kiosk at Christmas time, as all you had for privacy between you sitting in a chair with your mouth wide open and hundreds of ogling mall shopper eyes was a flimsy, sheer shower curtain pulled around your chair.
During my hour-​long uncomfortable session, I had to endure not only stares but also hearing comments from passerby shoppers such as «that’s where people with nasty teeth go» and «wow, she’s been in there a long time, her teeth must be bad». My teeth whitening attendant Kailani was pleasant and attentive enough, but her 2 inch-​long dragon lady nails had me worried about adequate sanitation, as there was no handsink available at the kiosk and I was afraid her long nails would rip through the plastic gloves she kept pulling on and off her hands during our session.
During the procedure (if you can really call it that), Kailani offered me a «pain management» gel, as despite what they say in their ads, this teeth whitening session is NOT pain-​free. What Kailani failed to tell me, however, is that the pain management gel would cost me $ 21.95 in addition to the $ 99 I already spent on the Groupon. As the normal price for this procedure is $ 129, by the time you add in the cost of the gel, you really don’t get any great savings at all by purchasing their Groupon. To make matters worse, Kailani also asked for a tip on top of everything else, which I didn’t leave as I was already humiliated enough from the whole experience.
The DaVinci teeth whitening session will get your teeth several shades whiter (from their FOOD GRADE hydrogen peroxide — Kailani made sure to emphasize the fact that their hydrogen peroxide is FOOD GRADE as she mentioned that several times during our session) but despite following their after-​care suggestions religiously, my teeth are already starting to yellow again after only a few hours. Also, I spent the following night unable to sleep at all, as the procedure left my gums feeling quite sensitive and painful, despite all their promises that their teeth whitening is completely «pain free».
I have to say that this was the cheesiest, most embarrassing and disappointing experience I’ve ever had from a Groupon purchase. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT get your teeth whitened from this second-​rate operation that can’t even bother to rent a proper office space (a kiosk at the mall — really???). Spend the extra money to get your teeth whitened by a professional dentist… it’ll save you the pain and embarrassment I had to go through with DaVinci.

I recently got my teeth whitened here and it was not a pleasent exeperince. The tech Kim was not nice, it seemed very rushed, and I felt that my business didn’t matter. Lesson learned I won’t be coming back.

Sat on a chair in a mall partitioned by curtains. This was a painful, hour long, boring experience. No entertainment of any kind provided.
I used a Groupon coupon but there was no mention on line that an additional $ 21.69 would be charged for pain treatment — some sort of gel smeared on the gum line five minutes before the light was applied — which was highly recommended if you have sensitive teeth.
Advil was suggested for later ‘if needed’. I took several which did not touch the pain. I could not afford the sleepless aching night I endured. And it still hurt the next day.
I’m o.k. now, the second day after, but two teeth have already turned tan although I followed their instructions to a T.
Very disappointing.

Kimberly at the Parker location did a great job in being careful with my gums which are sensitive and helping me to achieve the results I wanted. In the past my gums really have hurt from whitening– they become really sensitive and it is basically not fun for me! I really don’t love getting any work done on my teeth/​mouth, but she made me comfortable and I had great results without any discomfort! I would highly recommend DaVinci and in particular Kimberly for your teeth whitening! So great to have a nice bright smile!

I bought my wife a teeth-​whitening session via Living Social, and the process to schedule was very easy and accommodating. You need to eat before you go if you’ll have trouble not eating or drinking (except water) for up to 3 hrs (24 hrs for dark liquids/​foods). The process was very easy, and the lady who helped her was friendly and pleasant. No problems at all with the LS coupon, and she got her teeth coated in whitener, and sat under a blue light for an hour, which was timed on the machine where she could see the count down. The results were pretty noticeable right away. The technician measured her teeth before and after, compared to the different colored teeth, though you never see the results, but tell you that you improved by «X» number of shades. Again, she did get obvious, and very nice results, but it seemed like she was plumping up the numbers a little.
The only real negative of the experience comes at the end. As with many of the Living Social, or Groupon vouchers, they get you the basic service, and then the facility puts on the pressure for the add-​ons or follow-​up sales. It wasn’t too hard of a sell, but they of course suggest you purchase all their equipment to continue lightening your teeth at home. If it was just that, I’d have easily marked it a 4-​star rating, but our technician hit my pet peave. As she’s filling out the seemingly excessive amount of paperwork (considering no money at all was changing hands due to pre-​purchased Living Social voucher) she threw in a «and did you want to go ahead and leave a tip at all?» We probably would have left her a fiver for her good customer service up until she literally suggested that we tip her! That just screams low class and desperate in my book, and a huge customer service no-​no.
In summary, the process does work and we got noticeable lightening results, so I’d recommend this one-​hour process and a $ 99 voucher over paying for piles of over the counter messy lightening tools that may or may not work. It would have been a 4-​star experience if not for the add-​on hard-​sell and begging for a tip.

Nearly 2 weeks later, I am still in pain. Went to the Flatirons location and, based on Rebekah V’s review, asked about potential for pain. Tech assured me that if I spent $ 20 on the «desensitizing gel» I should have no problems. Spent the $, but during the second 20-​min exposure, felt tingling in teeth so decided against doing the 3^rd exposure, even tho I’d paid for it. Tech then tried to sell me the $ 80 kit for «maintenance.» I declined, since I already have custom trays, and he suggested the $ 25 gel only product. I raised my concern that if I did have sensitivity to the process, that wouldn’t be a good idea for me. He got on the phone and then assured me that the gel was at a much lower concentration than that used during the procedure and that I could call the Parker office if I had any problems, so I bought it.
By the time I got home, I was in AGONY, and no painkillers would touch it. Missed a day of work and was barely functional two days later. I called the Parker office and left a message, but didn’t hear back, so stopped by the Flatirons booth and a different tech called Kimberly, ostensibly her supervisor, who grilled me and tried to find fault with my follow up care (I did everything per the instructions) and told me they wouldn’t refund my $ 25, even tho I obviously can’t use the gel. I was very upset, so she said she would «escalate» the issue and get back to me before day’s end. Two days later, she called and said they can’t refund my $ 25.
Now it’s nearly two weeks later and the pain is ever present, sometimes getting so intense that I salivate and my eyes water.
Clearly DaVinci’s marketing tactics are misleading at best. Although many people may not experience pain with this procedure, it is apparent that enough do that they’ve developed a special $ 20 «desensitizing gel» — now why would you need that if indeed the process were always painless, as their marketing clearly states?
So, just a warning to those who may have sensitive teeth that you should run, not walk, away from this place. I have never experienced such agony and such little recompense from the perpetrators.

I’ve been here a few times now and am always amazed and grateful how nice everyone is and what a great job they do! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I will preface this review with the fact that Desy at the Citidel Mall in Colorado Springs was customer friendly and did a nice job, and yes, my teeth did come out many shades whiter… HOWEVER, my gums and mouth paid the price!!! My gums were «burned» and are now very raw around the teeth in the front of my mouth, so bad they continue to hurt and bleed every time I try to brush my teeth, who knows how long this will take to heal? Additionally, going into it and I’ll take the blame, I didn’t know I would be in the middle of the mall hallway with everyone staring at me? It’s on the first floor and I wish I had a $ 1 for every person who stared at me from the 2^nd floor above, it would’ve paid for the treatment!
Typical «corporate» response! Yes, followed all the directions, no I don’t need another client info sheet…
Do your research BEFORE you go to Davinci… I found a great review, after the fact, from the website below… Also, notice how many of these mall operations around the country have been closed by states they operate in…

This location serves as corporate area headquarters, and they also have two seats for whitening treatment.
Bernice did a wonderful job! I arrived 30 minutes early, but she fit me in with no problem. She explained the treatment procedure and checked on me several times during the process to ensure I got the best results. Final tally: Before = Shade 6; After = Shade 1!
Bernice sent me home with after-​care instructions, extra moisturizer for my lips and gums in case they got sensitive, and a discount for future services. She even explained how whitening gels vary by preservative concentration and how to get the most of my existing whitening trays from my dentist.
Overall, I highly recommend Da Vinci Teeth Whitening in Parker!
