Wasatch Brew Pub

Walked in on a Tuesday evening and the host was able to immediately seat us. Unfortunately, they will not take reservations for the month of February, but was happy to sit down quickly. Waiter was friendly and the food and drink came out quickly.
In terms of drinks, their own IPA and apricot hefe was well crafted and deserved a 5 stars. Unfortunately their food was nothing spectacular, which knocked down their rating a star. Overall would come again and recommend their evolution, IPA and hefe.

Here for Sundance film festival. We had the coconut shrimp with the yummy Mango honey and Tabasco sauce. We asked for more sauce.
We got the loaded Mac and Cheese. It had jalapeños and bacon and onion straws on it. It was very good.
The service was pretty good for what time of year it was. We got seated right away so that was good. We are not beer drinkers so did not have any beer.

Service was great. Food was delicious and priced very nicely.
Love that beer tasters are .50 so you get to try all they’ve got. They were all great.
We had the tater tot appetizer and the Mac and cheese (very interesting, cheesy with a hint of spicy)

Great local brewery right off Main Street (at the top). All of their beers on tap are great and they have seasonal varieties as well.
What makes the experience here fun are ordering the 50 cent tasters! You can order two at a time. I tried about 5 and could still walk straight (a much needed skill with all this snow and slush on Main St)
Favorite Beers:
Jalapeño Cream Ale — hint of fresh spice that sits in your mouth and gives an extra kick of warmth as it goes down
Apricot — nice fruity taste, great those that usually favor cocktails (guilty)
Winter Ale (seasonal) — notes of spices that make you feel at home. cinnamon cuddly goodness
Food: my friend and I shared Tater Tots to start and then split the Mac & Cheese with bacon and jalapeños. Both were hot and fresh and paired great with our beer tasters.
Service: A++
We walked in at 12:25, were seated right away, tasted a few beers. Got our munch on. Paid and were out the door at 1 in no rush.
Will definately be back with the rest of our group to run circles around the taster options.
