Boneyard Saloon & Wine Dive is a concept restaurant located in Park City, away from bustling Main Street. With plenty of free parking, Boneyard & Wine Dive has quickly become a locals favorite.

Nestled in an old lumber yard revamped with lots of metal and wood, Boneyard Saloon prepares most of the dishes in their custom-​built charcoal & wood-​fired grill. You can enjoy everything from juicy burgers to fall-​off-​the-​bone ribs, jambalaya to Wild Cod Fish & Chips– all house made, with a unique depth of flavor from the grill’s heat and smoke. This gastropub is known for its wood-​fired cooking and elevated bar food, yet retains its locals-​only feel, with its long bar and community tables. Boneyard is also a great spot to watch any game, with two 75-​inch big screens and seven 65-​inch TV’s throughout.

Boneyard’s Wine Dive is across the hall from the Saloon, offering a spin on small bite plates, pizzas & charcuterie all prepared in their exhibition kitchen showcasing a wood-​fired oven. Wine Dive offers a swanky vibe in a cool, casual atmosphere.

Boasting over 100 beer selections & an array of signature cocktails, Boneyard is sure to wet your whistle properly. Wine Dive offers 16 varietals of wine on tap, using the latest mechanics & technology to keep keg wine fresh, glass after glass. The Wine Dive wine list has over 80 bottles to choose from, offering new & old world selections.

Seating is first come, first serve and patrons must be 21 years of age or older.

This place is okay. Seriously the food is mediocre. The drinks are okay. The atmosphere is contrived. Two nights in a row we went and ended bailing after an appetizer and a drink. One night we went to sushi at Yuki Yama instead (good). The next we went to Mangia pizza (great!!!). Don’t waste your $$ at Boneyard unless you are just into the scene.

The quinoa and garbanzo bean veggie burger is really good. For an extra $ 2 you can substitute the fries for salad. Came with caramelized onion even though I requested to not have them, but no hinder, as they are easy to scrape off. My husband said the Mac and Cheese was amazing. Great atmosphere. Loved the décor and the sound level was good. Okay service. We requested to move tables and were given a little attitude. Also I can’t help but find it odd that one of the servers was in her workout attire. I’m all for casual but that seemed a bit much. It was like she ran to work quickly after a yoga class. Maybe that’s Park City chic but I thought it was not in the best taste for an upscale bar where lunch cost about $ 50 with tip and two beers.

This is the kind of place that is hit n miss and inconsistent. Some of their food is good, and some, not so much. I got the Boneyard Belly burger, which was to consist of crisp brown sugar cured pork belly, onion ring, beef patty, garlic aioli, etc… It came without the aioli, so dry bun, with wilted lettuce that was tossed, a piece of pork belly that had zero brown sugar on it… But, the meat patty and bun were outstanding. Such a bummer that the fries were soggy, too. My boyfriend was shorted an egg on his three egg platter… Sooooooooo… Not a big fan of this place. We are from Seattle so won’t be back. Our waitress was cool, tho!

Ok, ok. Since my initial cranky review I grudgingly came back several times with friends.
The food is amazing and the service is extremely attentive. Check out the beer menu — wow.
I feel pretty bad about my earlier review because I wasn’t focused on what counts. Get an unusual beer from a friendly waiter, get the onion rings (OMG) or truffle fries (wow) and have a great time. As a local this is now one of my, «spots».

Great place if you’re looking to escape the crowds on Main Street. Super friendly bartenders and a great atmosphere to watch a football game (as we did) or just hang out. Really great beer selection. Also neat that you can order from the menu of the wine bar next door if you so choose — so the selections are endless. I had the flatiron steak and it was incredible — I’d go back again for that in a heartbeat.

Went in on a Monday afternoon for drinks and appetizers and watch some sports. Really liked the place, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and appetizers were on point. I thought the wings were some of the best ever– crisp outside and not dry inside– and the three dips were great! Big picture window in the bar area, so you can watch the cold and snow outside from a warm and friendly bar inside :)

We had a great afternoon here watching football. Sat at the bar in very comfortable bar seats, with great, clear big screen in front of us, and plenty of others within swivel range to catch any other game. I started with the Bloody Mary special, and it set the mood perfectly; delicious pickled asparagus, olives, lots of flavor and spicy. Already happy, my mood improved with a cup of their beef and veggie soup. Well carmelized carrots, onions and beef In a dense, hearty broth more akin to a light stew than soup. That would have been enough, but of course we had to have the truffle fries. This is a huge order, with perfectly fried fries, not greasy at all, accented with just enough truffle oil and lightly topped with shredded Asiago. Oh so good when slowly savored with a couple of Moab Ambers on tap. Both teams I was cheering for lost, but the afternoon was not. Peeked in at the connected Wine Dive and look forward to trying that on my next trip here.

This review is for Wine Dive — the pizza, small plates and wine bar next door to Boneyard. They’re in the same building, and you can order food from either one no matter where you’re seated.
I’ve been to the wine dive twice now and both times it was really good. The pizza is good — we enjoyed the Margherita. The small plates are also delicious — we had the meatball trio a few months ago (off the menu now) and the ahi tacos. Both take the title «small plates» very literally bc the portions were tiny. But they make up for it by being so so good.
Wine is on tap and there’s a good selection. Looking forward to coming here again.

This is one of my favorite places to go when I come into town! The bar is great — they have lots of local beers! Great pretzel and mustard appetizer– but they have the best chicken sandwich in Park City! Ask them to blacken it — and that makes it over the top AMAZING!!!

Ok, I’ve been here 4 times with co-​workers. Time enough to write a review. This place is amazing and the concept works; here is why:
Chef inspired casual dining.
Attention to food detail, they take pride in what they serve.
Adjacent wine bar and wood fired pizza oven specialties, not just pizza!
Come casual for the wings on the Boneyard side or slide over next door for seared scallops or goat cheese pizza.

This place has a fun indoor/​outdoor atmosphere. I brought some clients here for lunch. I had the Park City Philly with Swiss and fresh cut fries. I liked the option for the different cheese on the Philly, but there were too many onions and peppers for my taste. The meat had good flavor also. The fries were tasty but the ranch sauce they brought me must have had horseradish in it which I didn’t care for.
the waiter was very friendly and attentive. I’ll come back some time and try out the night life.

My friend took me here claiming they had one of the best burgers he’s ever had, the Boneyard Belly Burger. I am a huge fan of burgers, so why not? If he’s making claim, I should validate it. It was aggressively mediocre. They piled on a ton of meat and had a massive onion ring, but the burger was something that could’ve been better at Five Guys. And the prices are INSANE for the area of Park City they’re in. You can go across the street to Sammy’s Bistro and get a better burger for much less. Some props to the place is there décor. It is a upscale bar inside, so maybe thats where they get the validity for their prices. If you’re looking for places to go, there are much worse places. But for the hype that this place seems to get, i strongly recommend you go somewhere else.

This place is supposed to be something special in Park City. I thought it was okay. The food was average, the atmosphere, bar-​like and dark and the bartender kept going on and on about global warming because PC was lacking in snow. He was a nut! It was pretty under-​whelming but I plan to try the wine bar next door.

Didn’t eat there but we ordered via Speedy Fernandez Restaurant Delivery service. Ordered the Boneyard Belly Burger… not to B.A.D. it’s a good sized burger and comes with fries. Also ordered the Applewood Atlantic Salmon. That was good too.
Found the restaurant in the ParkCity Menu Guide at the Westgate Resort.
The delivery service was a blessing. We were too tired to brave the cold and trekking to eat.
