Description

Specialties

Cornerview Café is a true mom and pop diner with a cozy atmosphere and delicious homemade food! Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to the Kalamazoo area.

Cornerview Café is a family owned and operated restaurant and we care about our customers. In fact, we know most of our customers by name! We love children too, so we have toys and coloring books for the little ones.

We believe that delicious food should be affordable for working folks, families, and students in the area, and we believe that providing excellent service is a top priority. That is why we strive to keep quality high and portions big, while keeping our customers’ cost low. We also make all of our food from scratch, often times using local, in-season ingredients. Our specials are truly special! Gary creates fantastic breakfast items, unique sandwiches and dinners like Grandma used to make with an occasional gourmet dinner made for good measure. All of our soups are homemade and most desserts are homemade.

We invite you to visit our restaurant to experience what the Kalamazoo Gazette described as our «personal and friendly» service. We look forward to seeing you soon.

History

Established in 1999.

Our building has been many things over the years from a Shell gas station in the 1960’s and 70’s to a video store, Chicken Dock and Animal Hospital in the 1980’s. When we purchased Cornerview it had been a restaurant for about 10 years.

Since 1999, Cornerview Café has served the greater Kalamazoo area with sit-down, home cooked meals that are affordable. We specialize in excellent food and excellent service at an excellent value.
