Sigh, I hate judging service based on different employees… cause I’ll usually find one customer rep incredibly good at what s/​he does, then another one completely pissed off at life and their status and taking it out on work…
If I solely had the first employee I dealt with, they’d get five stars. if it was solely based on the second rep, they’d drop to two stars. and one star would only be given to the fact they are one of the only few places nearby that can turn out foam core posters.
The first time I called to have posters produced, they first rep was super friendly, sympathetic and very understanding of my situation and gave me specific directions on what he needed to make good posters. I trusted his judgment on size for best quality. He assured me these posters will be done in enough time and that the next rep in the AM shift will call me w/​quotes before printing so I can decide if I want them or not.
Come next morning, I get no phone call. I call them early afternoon to get grumpy look up my order w/​o apologizing for not calling only to find out that my posters were ready to be picked up… come again? I ask how much. $ 60. I think ok not bad, $ 60 for 3 – 4 posters…
When my sister went to pick them up she called me to tell me they were $ 60 EACH. hell, if I knew they were that much I wouldn’t have gotten them that’s why I kept telling them I just wanted QUOTES, and not to print w/​o my APPROVAL. I think I was even told I could come look before they printed and mounted…
Top the price off w/‘mounting’ fees (give me a break) led me to be super happy in the beginning to not so happy/​somewhat pissed at the end…
