A personal message to all who are considering Avenue Collision Specialists for the repair your vehicle:
*Please…avoid, avoid, avoid this place*
Technical: The repair work produced here is below a fair standard at best. ACS has repaired multiple vehicles of mine, and you will always end up checking their work and finding mistakes, then have to bring your vehicle back for corrections. There is no quality control or concern to ensure that repairs are done well. The hardworking men are not at fault for this, it is the owners’ fault, who only care about their $ and could care less about you or your vehicle. The result is poor repair work.
Service: The owner, Bill, has no composure, is extremely disrespectful, and curses out his clients as if he’s speaking to an enemy. He will get frustrated and angry with the client for bringing the vehicle back for corrections, and likely cross the line of disrespect with you as the client. There is absolutely no understanding of how to treat clients at this body shop. Truly feel sorry for the hardworking men at this shop, who work super long hours and receive extremely poor treatment that is degrading. Personally had the opportunity to witness this treatment, live.
Truly, there is nothing good that will result from selecting this body shop for your auto body repairs.
Avoid at all costs.
