Low Cost Storage Paramount

My experience at Low Cost Storage was just awesome! The staff there were very nice and helpful (Rosa, Edgar and Veronica), they were so pleasant and very cordial and helpful. They took their time explaining to me all the details about the facility and the units. I rented a unit from there and was very happy with the unit and the service I received. They maintain the front office very clean which is a big plus. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.

This place has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a storage facility. I rented a first floor unit (not drive up) in the j hallway for about a year. Every single time I came to my unit I was greeted by the smell of urine in the hallway. There are so many frequent occurrences of disgusting people urinating on the doors of hallway units that the urine has seeped under the door and under the walls of my unit rusting the walls of my unit. Now half of my unit has been flooded with urine and the cardboard boxes I have stored my items in have absorbed all of that urine. The manager who lives on site favors the horde of swap meet renters and therefore lets them work in their units until 10pm (facility closes at 7pm). There is no one to supervise those who stay past 7pm, and therefore they are unsure who is urinating on the units. Since it is too much trouble for them to use their useless cameras to get to the bottom of this they just handed me a number to corporate and some pine sol so I can clean the mess up myself! I am currently in the process of attempting to get compensation for this as all the items in my unit are now covered in dried up urine that has seeped under the doorway. The low cost is not worth the disgusting dirty facility.

Very clean facility, and friendly staff. Also a recommendation for people who are chemically sensitive: this is one of the few storage places in LA that doesn’t spray with pesticides/​insecticides.
