History

Established in 2007.

I’ve cooked authentic BBQ from my home town, Santa Maria, my entire life. Having always been «the guy who HAS to cook» at any party for friends, family & neighbors, I’d always thought one day. Having been told by everyone that I could do it, eventually I gave it a go. And everything took off from there. I found that I wasn’t just a back yard cook, but someone who could share my home town’s signature food with the people of Las Vegas; and turn it into a successful business. This has meant I now have the pleasure of doing what I love for a living, and getting to see others share in my passion, great Santa Maria style BBQ.

Me, my wife & 5 kids have been enjoying my BBQ cooking for years. Now I want to bring it to your family so you can create your own memories. Save the hassle of spending up to 16 hours stood around an open pit, slow cooking authentic Santa Maria (that’s my home town) BBQ… I’ll do the hard work for you. All you have to do is sit back, enjoy some quality food, and spend time with your loved ones. The very reason I got into this.
