We cook Santa Maria Style BBQ, we cook on our open pits and in our smokers with real red oak wood from California, we also use the highest quality of meats from prime to wagyu. We can cook any cuts of meats you like. We can cook everything on site or deliver. We cater to all types of events small or big we can also help with your fundraisers.
History
Established in 2005.
We started in Santa Maria calif. in studying the Santa Maria style of bbqing that has been a cowboy tradition sense the 1900’s, we mastered it and brought it to the Sin City, a real Cowboy fest. I have been a pit master for 9yrs now barbecueing all types of meat cuts from basic meats to whole hogs.

I was born and raised in the beautiful Central Coast of California in a town called Santa Maria home of the Tri-Tip and strawberries. After being a wildland firefighter for 3yrs and a window tinter for 21yrs i got the interest in going into the bbq world after friends and family always loved the way i bbqed, now 2014 i have a BBQ catering business now im bring what i learned in Santa Maria style bbq to Las Vegas.
